Wonderful book for parents and care givers to read to a child to help parents/caregivers learn the importance of listening to their child when they are upset instead of trying to fix it for them. And, it is also a great book to normalize for kids that many emotions can develop when they are upset or disappointed.

An excellent book for Both children and adults, wise in it's message and simplicity, we have now bought this for ourselves and others after getting it out the library originally. The sentences/ words are simple, but the message is powerful and beautifully told.
