ProWarm 6mm Insulation Boards - ProFoam 14 Pack (10m2)

I used this to insulate my 7ft by 4ft shed. Managed all walls plus the roof with one pack. Easy to cut and place. Will see how it holds but a great product! Thank you!

Using these to insulate under our hot tub, seem to have worked well although they do split easily.

We wanted this to line the walls in our garage as we didn't want to take off too much room as our garage is quite small and we didn't want to make it smaller. Our garage was really damp and we've just had the old asbestos roof removed and a new one put on and a new lintel and the window bricked up in an effort to make it dry. We got some tanking slurry in order to stop water coming through the walls and that worked but we then started to get condensation on the walls! A bit more research led us to discover that polystyrene board was supposed to stop the condensation but the stuff that is specifically for walls is so much thicker and so much more expensive and it doesn't seem to be a right lot different from what we could tell, so we decided to try this. We used it all up and it took 2 cannisters of plasterboard spray adhesive foam stuff, with very little left at the end of it all. It looks good and it was very easy to cut with a Stanley knife and it stuck to the wall really well and now it feels like it was welded there; it's not coming off anytime soon. It is bright orange but it says not to paint it (a bit like telling me that top can't be ironed, win win, lol) but it's not a problem once everything was back in the garage as it is hardly noticeable. We're very happy with how this has turned out and for a fraction of the price of the wall polystyrene plasterboards. It might not be as suitable for in your house but for the garage this is fine.

the boards are easy to handle and cut to size.i would buy again

Arrived ahead of schedule, easy to use, good quality insulation.

Does what i want but packaging was useless as most of the corners folding in.
