Was definitely not what I expected!
In their product description, they say: “ Stem cells play a crucial role in the body's regenerative processes, and StemActive is here to amplify their impact. Powered by the remarkable properties of Madagascan Aloe Macrolada, StemActive delivers unmatched results.” Would that not lead you to believe that Aloe macrolada (which happens to be one of the best stem cell rejuvenators) would be one of the first ingredients in these capsules? It is NOT! It’s at thevery end of a list of ingredients! Definitely NOT as advertised! I ONLY ordered these because it appeared that aloe macrolada was the main ingredient! Total waste of money! To me this is like putting a drop of honey in a gallon of water and calling it, honey water. And then, to make matters worse, the seller would not even respond! I am just grateful that AMAZON backs the products that are sold on their website! That’s why I don’t deal with any mail order other than AMAZON !

Not happy
I ordered this product and used it for a month and loved it then when I did my re-order the product I received was expired and a different color and a different size capsule and I cannot return them. Very unhappy.
