I work with computers and was getting a lot of wrist pain. I bought this type of mouse on a reccomendation and wow it has worked! It takes a bit of getting used to the different position your hand sits in but now I honestly wouldn't ever go back to a standard mouse! This mouse is excellent, very comfortable and battery lasts well too. I've even managed to convert several people in the office to buying one too and they also love it. Highly reccommended

I had been noticing more and more RSI every time I started using the mouse on my PC, and it was starting to become painful and slightly worrying. I tried this mouse, and can honestly say my RSI has almost completely disappeared now. So on that basis alone it is a big success. It was surprisingly easy to get used to the new angle of working with the mouse, except I knocked it off the desk a few times over the first couple of weeks as it is much taller than a normal mouse, something I eventually became used to. My main criticism is the forwards and backwards buttons are frankly ludicrously positioned, you would need to be double jointed to be able to use them, they are right next to the joint in my thumb, I have to take my hand off the mouse and look at them to press them, completely unusable. How on earth could someone possibly come up with that design and think it is workable? If these buttons are important to you then you will need to look elsewhere, but I never really use them so no big deal for me. Also the scroller wheel will click down for things like scrolling in a window, but the click sideways action that many mice offer for scrolling sideways is not available here. So in functionality it is fairly basic, but then it is cheap and does the really important job of alleviating RSI for me, so I am very happy with it. I might try a more expensive version in the future with better placed back and forwards buttons and the extra scroll facility, now I know that this type of mouse works for me.

I first ordered one of these over 2 years ago, and it worked great, until a couple of months ago. I'm a busy administrator so it had plenty of use. I ordered a replacement and as soon as I used it, the cursor just wouldn't move - and then it would fly across the screen. I returned it for a replacement, but now after a ew weeks, the replacement mouse is doing the same thing. It's very frustrating when you're moving a mouse around, and it sticks in the one position - useless. I've now contacted Amazon for a refund and will return the second replacement mouse. Such a shame, as it is so comfortable to use, is made of a soft rubber feel surface that is easy and comfortable to grip. I'm gutted that I now have to try and find an alternative, but I'm not willing to order a 4th in the hope that it lasts!

Excellent product, very happy with purchase, speedy dispatch & delivery

Never really got used to this Ergonomic Mouse, it isn't too bad but will be going back to conventional type Mouse! The Scroller on this will fail you. I use the scroller a lot and once gone, it has a mind of it's own! Because it was out of the 12 month warranty, I decided to open it up - do NOT do this unless your warranty is out/expired and you have nothing to lose. Nearly broke the left and right mouse clicker and it's not easy to open and it could break, god knows how it did not break for me. However, I digress, gave the scroller a full clean removed all debris and dirt in the scroller, used toothpicks to get between the grooves of the scroller wheel. Once put back together, the scroller started to work as it should for about 2 days and it then went back to scrolling how it wanted too, with a mind of its own. Long and short of this, IT WILL FAIL on you and it's a cheap bit of kit, i got this at £14.99, it will do it's job, but how many of us have the money to give to this companies only for the item to fail after 12 months? I am a person who cares his things and looks after things but this isn't right and Amazon make Billions from people like us who lose out on just falling foul of the warranty periods!! There is little we can do when we fall foul of the 12 month warranty period but i've read even when you buy quality too in reading some of the Name brand Mice reviews, they too are failing just after 12 months, so the reality is I guess buy cheap and yes, have to pay twice again here........ I'm going to have to buy another one as it was not bad an ergonomic mouse.

Really like this mouse, find it much more comfortable than traditional mouse devices and less strain on hands and wrists when using for a long time. Isn't too big either so fits well on a standard size desk. Easy to set up and works more or less straight away out of the box

Jag har haft ett gäng olika vertikala möss. Hama, Trust och andra billiga OEM-märken och ofta slutar dom funka efter ett tag i scrollhjulet eller annat. Jag köpte en MX Vertical men den var inte bekväm för min hand. Den var för hög och brant utfasning för tummen. Denna såg mer ut som dom jag haft tidigare så det kändes som ett säkrare kort och Trust är ändå ett okej märke. Nu har jag använt den i en vecka eller två och jag gillar den. Den känns bra i handen. Knapparna sitter på rätt ställen. Inget fancy men känns bättre kvalitet än dom vanliga OEM-mössen man ser. Jag betalade runt 250kr för den.

Ho deciso di provare questo mio primo mouse verticale. Bello, alla vista fa un po' strano, ma devo dire molto comodo da usare e sento che il polso fa decisamente meno "fatica" e le lunghe ore di uso le si sopporta più facilmente. Comodissima la ricarica tramite USB C, che con pochi cavi ho molti dispositivi che carico, e mai una volta che si sia scollegato dando problemi. Mi è caduto già diverse volte, ma continua a funzionare perfettamente. Sempre comodi e scelto anche per i 2 tasti laterali di avanti e indietro e la selezione dei DPI.
