Excellent quality printer which was easy to setup. Connecting to Wi-Fi this printer supports both Apple Air Print and printing from Android (with additional download). Fairly quiet for a laserjet of this size. So far toner usage has been fairly low and I have never once had any form of paper jam. The scanner is also great and feeds automatically, scanning. Both sides of the paper automatically. It also prints on both sides of the paper automatically with no manual intervention. The paper tray is also huge, meaning no need to keep refilling the paper.

Got it for our home office to replace a 20 year old Brother, easy to set up and packed with features.

Having had a network inkjet printer for the last 4 years (and one previous to that) and as my kids have become teenagers and are wanting to print stuff for school etc I was spending half my life being a printer tech, replacing ink cartridges every 5 minutes, explaining why print heads get blocked and generally pulling my hair out when the printer wouldn't work for some reason. I also run a small business, so printing is important for me too, so I bought one of these and wished I had done it years ago. Is the photo printing as good as an inkjet? Not when the inkjet is printing on decent photo paper, but using cheap ordinary paper the Brother is as good as, if not better than an inkjet. Everything else - letters, graphics etc are superb it prints really fast and has so far proved to be very reliable. It was worth every penny to make my life a little less stressful!

Great printer! Easy setup and ready to go in no time. Bought this for my dept at work and is a perfect size to share with about 10 people. Used the online driver setup and have had no problems so far. we are not using the wifi feature at this time so can't comment on that. It prints super fast and easily handles the loads of printing we do. A big selling point was the built in USB port at the front so we can scan docs to a flash drive right from the unit. Good all in one without the bulk of some other models. Recommend! Please note: Parts for this printers are very expensive and it is good for small business but not for big business.

If you have the space, this is a high quality product for the money . Very well constructed , double sided printing and scanning . My last brother printer lasted 8 years

BEWARE. Had this printer since early January. The printer worked OK but last week whilst printing 50 double sided sheets, the paper jammed and started to edit a burning smell. I turned it off, and cleared the paper jam but it was doing the same again. I've talked to Brother and they have cited my use of 3rd party toner cartridges as the cause. This has voided my warranty and to fix the problem would cost £400-600 if I take the printer into their service centre in Manchester. I'm sure I'm not the only person who uses cheap toner cartridges- but this printer doesn't react well!
