Decent Value. The grate rattles a bit. You need to jiggle it around a bit. Seems well made. Let's see about longevity. There is one review about poor customer service. Let's hope I never need it. Fairly compact in size. And I like the whole drop into the case below functionality where the used capsule drops in and you can immediately add another one. This is better than the multi-use type of machines, where you have to pull it out and replace for every use.

Makes decent coffee when it works. Item is not working and the aftersales customer care is just absolutely pathetic. Spend 2k more and buy a nespresso or coffeezza but not this generic thing. Technician who was assigned when I complained wasted so much time with video calls + just repeating the same thing over and over again and did not know the basic functions (or what an espresso is for example!). To my dismay, he also said that his manager said only nespresso capsules should be used which is absolutely contrary to Agaro’s claims on the product description- and if thag is the case the wouldn’t we just buy a nespresso machine! So that manager was also ignorant and making a sly attempt to blame the malfunctioning on the customer when the issue had nothing to do with capsule! Finally it was a setting related issue that we reread the manual and sorted out. But still not a great coffee machine at all. Will not be buying any products from agaro.
