Delivered the next day. Thank you. Works incredibly well with a high energy dog when he's not able to allow himself to rest. He can run and run and run. He's not able to stop, even when he's panting and clearly tired. We've tried numerous other training methods; all to no avail.Can walk him 45 mins 3x daily and treadmill and play. He's just high energy and it's clearly hard for him to settle himself down. So even if he's sitting with us, he's still on high alert and whimpering. Finally tried these after Vet suggested we use an Rx- we didn't want to do that. There are other products similar to this but none of them come close to just naturally allowing him to calm down without having other side effects. Some products seem to cause him to sleep and wake up hyper. He's under 60 lbs. We give him 1/2 of tablet with open access to water and he's able to calm himself down. Usually within 30 mins of ingestion. He may or may not sleep depending on how long he ran. And wakes up calm and in control of himself. We didn't buy these for us, we bought them for him and they work wonderfully for what he needed. Thanks.

We have two miniature Dachshunds that we have to leave home alone in a crate for about 8 hours a day since my wife and I both work. They were making a mess in the crate almost every day which is mostly our fault for never properly crate training them in that crate. After trying several different things, we decided to film them with a web cam to see exactly what was going on while we were gone. Almost the whole time we were gone they were anxiously pacing the cage. This is a classic case of separation anxiety. So instead of looking into pharmaceuticals which I know you can get for anxiety in dogs, we decided to seek a natural remedy first. Quiet Moments have worked very well. The dogs will still make a mess once in a while, but there is usually 2 or 3 days in between. This product really does have a calming effect on dogs, and I recommend them to anyone who has an anxious canine friend. PS. Our dogs wouldn't just chew up the tablets (since they are only about 8 lbs. a piece they get half a tablet every day) so we had to try something else. I have a small blender called the Magic Bullet that I use to grind up the tablet into a powder, then I mixed the powder with some of that stuff that comes in an easy cheese can you can use as a treat with those Kong chew toys. After doing this for a while I just started mixing the powdered tablet with a half a teaspoon of water to make it into a paste. They both eat it that way just fine. Man dogs can be picky!

These things work great!! The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because my dog absolutely will not eat them unless they’re covered in peanut butter. She’s normally really good about taking her medicine but she really doesn’t like the taste of these at all. They do what they’re supposed to do though!

I have a 1 year old Standard Poodle in perfect health. He weighs 50 lbs and has a normal level of energy for a dog of his age. He gets especially excited when lots of people are around. I bought these pills for the holidays to help calm him a bit when visitors would be over. I gave him the recommended dose and within an hour he began acting erratically. He urinated in the house while walking as if he was confused... he hadn't had an accident in the house since he was about 3 months old. After this he got sick and threw up. He couldn't keep anything down for the better part of two days but thankfully he bounced back. I was truly worried for his health and almost took him to the vet. I highly recommend you avoid this product!! Not worth the risk - I'll certainly be returning this bottle!

i have a catahoula leopard dog who has gets high anxiety from time to time. i bought the pill version because i had good luck with the gel form when we go on long car rides. I learned i have to give him 1 or 2 tablets more then the recommended dose to help him relax but it does help him not to worry as much for at lest a couple of hours. i noticed he not barking at everything that was moving and was able to enjoy himself and play a little more with our other dog instead of thinking he needed protect everything. it's not something to use all the time but it does help when the situation calls for it.

This is a Godsend. 9 year old GSD who was trained to be ok with noise (dropping cookie sheets in same room as a puppy...) hates thunder and fireworks. A big thunderstorm would equal panting, circling, heading to the furnace room, and the always fun - digging up mats and or certain spots of carpet in order to 'get away.' Benadryl had no effect. Got NaturVet Quiet Moments Calming because we liked the Tryptophan / Melatonin combo. The Passion Flower and Chamomile were nice add ins. Gave her one to see if she tolerated it. She did. First storm with the bottle in the house we gave her 2 pills. (And did a good job of getting them to her about 30 min before - yes, they work MUCH better to prevent than to try and overcome. Don't forget that.) As the storm hit she got up and put her head on our bed. But no running, no panting, no digging. Next storm. A 'Severe Thunderstorm Warning' was in effect. Gave her 2 on an empty stomach. (And if you have tried the lower dose 'can they tolerate it' action - and you know they can on an empty stomach...do that. L-Tryptophan is much better not competing with other amino acids.) Gave her another with a small meal 20 min later. Then one last pill as the storm hit. And? She sat on the couch like nothing was going on. The 'Booms' didn't drive her anxiety. She's asleep behind us as I type. Our GSD is exercised to exhaustion almost twice per day. She never lacks for activity. And yet the noise of thunder and fireworks would still snap her out of post exercise relaxed state. Didn't want prescription benzos. And now with NaturVet Quiet Moments...it doesn't look like we will need them at all. Awesome.

These help our fur babies calm down & relax. They are all high energy breeds. Doesn’t make them too drugged or loopy.

My 17 year old dog started 3 am barking i looked into this problem online to discover that very old dogs like mine also get doggie dementia same as us when we get old. This was a problem as i currently live in a terraced cottage with neighbors that go out to work all day and need sleep. My dog is a small dog he only needs half a tablet at night and the problem was instantly solved I do have to squash the tablet into a treat food to get him to take it and they are the size of a penny. These came from the USA so they may take a little time to get here but worth getting we all get a full nights sleep now. These are also to calm dogs on bonfire night and other situations where dogs are nervous or stressed

Buen producto pero si tu perro es un poco tiquis miquis con los sabores, no lo comerá. Nosotros tenemos que aplastarlo con comida cremosa para que lo coma

They seem to do the trick our border collie is terrified around loud bangs, fireworks are a nightmare for her, but we now use these regularly around those times and she tends to go off to her safe place and sleeps. She still doesn't like the noise but is visibly less agitated. And she never minds taking them.

I purchased these for my parents 13 year old a Rhodesian Ridgeback. The last year she had been through a lot, we lost our dog she'd grown up with & unfortunately she has been in the car when a car drover into us. She'd become very nervous about leaving the house to get in the car. She wasnt her usual cheeky self.
