Nemox GELATISSIMO Exclusive

I bought this ice cream machine two weeks ago. It is a relatively unknown make in my country, but I was willing to give it a try. Amazing! The machine is easy to use, quite, easy to clean (moving parts are dishwasher safe) and it even comes standard with a number of basic gelato and sorbet recipes. The taste of fresh gelato that you have made yourself (so you know what you put in it!) is beyond compare. The only negative (which I suspect will be the case with most ice cream machines) is that it can be a bit messy to get the finished product out of the mixing bowl if a large batch was made, but this is really a minor issue.

Nach mehreren billigeren Maschinen habe ich mir diese Eismaschine von Nemox bestellt. Sie friert ganz erstaunlich schnell mit starkem Motor und gut eingepassten Kunststoffschabern. Ein sehr gutes pastöses Eis. Natürlich darf die Behälter nicht überladen werden. Wie bei allen Maschinen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

No hace buel helado, debería tener mayor potencia

Ottima gelatiera, il gelato viene come quello acquistato nelle migliori gelaterie artigianali (a detta dei miei figli anche meglio). Usiamo solo ingredienti naturali e facciamo due gusti per volta. Veloce e pratica. Se si usano ingredienti dal frigo il gelato è pronto in 15/20 minuti al massimo.

Machine efficace. 800 ml par bacs. Deux bacs. 20 min avec un appareil au froids depuis quelques heures. 50min dans une pièce à 28° et un appareil à env 30°. En direct c'est une crème délicieuse. Une vrai gelato !. Format familial 5 personnes 👍

Venditore molto serio. Il prodotto è arrivato in pochi giorni, addirittura prima della data presunta di consegna. Buon prodotto. L'unica cosa che ho avuto modo di sperimentare e' che alcune ricette per fare il gelato contenute nel libretto delle istruzioni sono un po' troppo semplicistiche. Ad esempio, per la malaga dicono di mettere tutti gli ingredienti insieme nella gelatiera, ma la consistenza secondo me non è quella giusta.. Troppo poco cremoso. Cercando ricette su internet che prevedono dei passaggi in più, tra i quali cottura delle uova con lo zucchero il gelato viene molto più cremoso.
