It’s a perfect fit slim, lightweight, and compact. It stretches out so it can fit perfectly for the price it’s amazing perfect for starting out. it also has pretty good protection.

My son is in Boxing and buying this product helps me keep my son protected. It does not bother him. It’s not heavy and it’s not super bulky. It’s Perfect

Works great be mindful of sizing cup runs a little small.
You may want to order a size up. If you are a bit more endowed I would even say two sizes up. This works great and and the movement and protection is there but it does fit snug and can pinch a little if you block a punch low. If you are getting hit here repeatedly enough to where it’s not enough for you grab a new training partner because they should be aiming for your head and body not you crotch.

actually i bought this after i tried alot of other guards, bought as protection for my husband as the dog jumped up and hurts him there. Great product not just for boxing
