It fits the 2.5L engine and seems to be just as good as any I have purchased in the past. Its impossible to tell how much filtration it provides, but I would expect it to be adequate. I didn’t notice any leaks so I’m happy with it.

Looks and feels like a good quality filter
UFI appears to be a well known filter company from Italy. I was not previously familiar with their products. This filter fits well, looks robust and seems to match the needs of our Subaru perfectly. Easy to install, and I like the color :).
