I used a lot of LEDs for projects. Overtime as technology has improved, I have gravitated to these as my standard. Not only are they COB, so much cleaner looking and more uniform, but they have the white LED added so you really have full spectrum depending on the use case.

These lights are some of the best led strips I've used. The glue is also phenomenal with authentic 3M glue as a backer. I'll post an update if it fails over time.

I bought a couple of these to put around the ceiling in my living room, knowing it would be a bit fiddly to get it working how I want. After some research I figured out how to connect the lights, and HomeKit controller and the power supply, but found that both kits came with the same connector for close strip connecting. Reached out to the manufacturer to confirm whether I was not understanding how to put it together, and they offered to ship the correct connectors out to me. Will update with pictures once I get it all going correctly. Color is great, and controlling it with the Athom HomeKit controller is a bit laggy, but the color accuracy is amazing. I probably won’t use the color parts that much, but it’s nice to have the option as needed.

I like these strips. They are great and I’ve bought tons of them. But they have two big problems. Occasionally the color on a strip is slightly off to the point that it’s unusable in a series installation. This has happened twice in a dozen or so I’ve ordered. And two, connecting them with the supplied accessories or any 3rd party wiring is way to difficult. The one sided wire and strip connectors holes to insert the wiring are way too small even for their own supplied wiring. Worse is that they don’t sell contiguous no gap connectors separately and force you to buy a kit with things you don’t need. Good product. Bad execution.

I was using this to illuminate and back light a white stone display case. I found there to be inconsistencies with the color between different spools and the colors not being as intense as other RGBW strips I've used. while the blue was OK the red was weak and green struggled a little. I love the COB LEDs, but these fell way short and cost me several hours as I had to remove them and replace them with another product.
