Schaub 982-PAR Sonata Knob with Star Backplate, Paris Brass, 11/16" Dia

Beautiful, heavy weight. Didn't keep because they didn't match my decor but WOW I wanted to use them on something! They're expensive but will definitely give any piece of furniture a unique look.

Great knobs, well-described by vendor (particularly size). These were used as accent pieces for two custom-made cabinets (bathroom and dining room) and are suitable in scale for these items. New visitors always comment favorably!

This product does NOT match the photo or description listed. This star knob comes in TWO pieces AND has a tiny hole on one side of the star (I’m assuming you nail to your cabinet prior to screwing into your cabinet). This is not what I expected for $36 per knob. I expected quality, substantial knob, and a focal point. If I saw this in the store I would not pay more than $3-5/each. There is some wait to the pull knob, so it got 2 stars, not just one. The seller needs to reassess their price point ($36 each I expected better than Anthropologie, not Ace hardware).

Very nice pulls. Exactly what you're looking for, if it's what you're looking for. :) The hole in the star, as is mentioned in the item description, prevents the backplate from rotating on the installation screw, a motion that would create circular scratches on the cabinet front if the manufacturer hadn't properly addressed it, but, thankfully, they have. Yes, they are also quite small, just shy of 3/4 inch, in keeping with their MCM look. Tiny cabinet hardware and polaris star motifs are both very mid-century, space race era looks, and these fit that bill very nicely.

These knobs are very small. They would be cute on a very petite piece of furniture. However on kitchen cabinetry or regular sized drawers and doors they are very underwhelming. I wish they made them in a larger size. Other than the size they appear to be good quality and had a beautiful shine. I ended up returning them and purchasing the starburst ring pulls from Pulp Home. They are larger, however, they cost triple and have half as much detail. I just reduced my rating from 3 stars to one. Not because of the knobs, but because the seller charged me a 15% restocking feet I return. They also wouldn't accept the one I opened to inspect the knob (they were wrapped in a manner tat was impossible to see the product without unwrapping it)
