The waterpik was well packed as soon as I opened it. It had a perfect beginners guide and was simple to understand. The highest power mode is too strong for me, but I usually use the r soft or pulse mode. I use it every night and sometimes in the day and it hasn’t ran out of charge over the last month. It also have USB-C which is convenient because it’s the only type of charger I have at home. As for effectiveness, I can’t tell much of a difference so far in my gums and teeth, but it does its job of getting rid of anything stuck in between your teeth that a normal toothbrush would probably miss. It’s not that big and it’s easy to open and fill with water as well. It has different heads, but I mostly only feels the need for the tongue cleaner and regular gum cleansing head. Works well and I love the different speed settings. Easy to use and comes almost ready to use instantly (needs to charge). It’s my third one and I’ve ordered this model each time.

I was looking to purchase a high end flosser but opted not too and started looking on Amazon. I knew what I wanted or at least had an ideal. So this one is my very first one it is great it has good water presser. I've tried all the setting but I like strong. My dentist did tell me to make sure I get one with different setting so I don't injury myself. I understand why the press ain't no joke. The attachments work great as well. You when you need to go to the dentist for a clean when you start to get some build up forming. Well that's when I know I've been eating to much of the wrong thing. Or you can see stains on your teeth. Well I've been using this just over a week or so and my teeth are looking great. The build up is gone but I do use a whiting toothpaste to help with the coffee stains removal. This is a great buy for beginners that do not know what to expect. Use it everyday. No problems.

I have an older model of this water flosser and really like it. My husband needed a new one and so I ordered him this newer model. Its tips are no longer interchangeable with Waterpik tips. They are now proprietary. I probably would not have bought it if I knew that. However, it’s working just fine. It does not seem to be as substantial either.

I brought two of these one for myself ( Black) and one for my 12y old ( pink). We both love it. She especially like that there's a soft and a child mode. It's just right for her with just getting braces. I really like the normal and strong mode. As the normal mode is strong you can use the strong mode if there's something that's just stubborn. Overall Great item.

Works very well, purchased Feb 2024, but it broke today, the bottom piece fell off, like the glue gave away. So it would get more stars if it didn’t break after a year and half. The pressure is good though, it shoots strong to even remove tonsil stones.

I love this water flosser! It was the only one that I could find that fit all of my criteria: travel size, rechargeable, clear water tank with a wide opening for filling, 360 swivel, and a periodontal tip. Most I could find was either missing the periodontal tip or did not have a clear water tank or a wide opening for filling. Yes, as many have stated, the water runs out before I can complete my entire mouth (except on child mode), but it’s not a big deal because it literally takes 2 seconds to fill back up and I only have to refill once. My only preference is I wish it came with more than one peridontal tip as it is very helpful for my situation. WORD OF CAUTION: This is my 2nd time purchasing because for my 1st one I added essential oils daily to my flosser & loved it, but unfortunately it made my water tank very cloudy and nothing I used to clean it reversed the cloudiness. It also turned the tube that the water flows through yellow. Just a heads up! I love this flosser & highly recommend it!

This flosser is just what I need - easy to handle, enough size water tank and it does a very good job. I'm not a big fan of flossing but I've used it every night since purchase.

This product is great for small spaces and travel. The rechargeable aspect and a variety of settings make it convenient and effective to use.

This is a powerful waterpik with a high intensity flow of water on the high speed, which is the only one I use, although there are other speeds to choose from. The various heads cover all the bases of cleaning. The charging cycle is completed very quickly and the waterpik takes up very little room to store, as it comes apart, with the base and the container being their own separate unit. I'm very happy I made this purchase.
