In a world dominated more and more by disposable products, fast fashion, ai or no customer service, and end user frustration with having to increasingly lower our hopes and expectations, there is the VAL CUCINA family. Val Cucina stands among us yet apart as a shining beacon of quality and superior customer service like a superhero on a hillside keeping a watch out for the little guy and doing the right thing for a greater good beyond their immediate profit; a move that's otherwise been lost to a bygone era and corporate greed. I splurged on this gorgeous hot pink statement piece even tho I didn't have a pot to...cook in at the time. It was a treat to myself after surviving some stuff and staking my claim and value within this world, and being on my own for the first time in my life at the age of 60. I intend to have and use it for life. This hot pink fabulous gal serves as my only means for baking, toasting, etc. as my tiny apt doesn't have a stove/oven. It HAS to work everytime because, like for myself, there's no back up plan. And it does work beautifully, consistently, and reliably. It cooks and heats evenly, which matters as much when baking a small cake or cookies, as it does for making homemade pizza or toast. And she looks spectacular doing it. (Her name is Valerie, Val for short, btw) Imagine my anquish at suddenly discovering a tiny paint bubble behind Val's handle. Now imagine thinking of the inevitable fate of this bubble added to the already slight discoloration of some of the pink from steam randomly oozing out at the top of the door. You can't. Because this oven represents something larger than an appliance I use to nourish my body. I took a chance to let VAL CUCINA know what was going on even though about a year had passed. Omar was on the other end of that commuication and I knew right away I was in good hands. From the get-go Omar was on top of it and did something so rare, so important: He authentically bridged the ever-widening gap usually found between a company and end user. He replied to me very quickly, and with understanding and a human touch, not scripts, push back, or excuses. He offered realistic, practical, and fair solutions, and ultimately had a new unit sent to me. It arrived yesterday and I was, and am, in my glory and so grateful. (In inspecting the new one, I noticed the seal on the door of my original unit was slightly different so this may have been the culprit. It happens. But Omar and VAL CUCINA were willing to do something about it.) Omar and my positive experience with VAL CUCINA is part of Val's personal lore now and adds even greater meaning for me. If you're looking for quality, a company and representatives that stand behind their products, I recommend you, too, join the VAL CUCINA family. (Note: I'm paying it forward by donating the original unit to someone in need so they, too, can start fresh with something reliable and gorgeous). PS: I recognize that in the scheme of things a paint bubble on an oven is not the end of the world. Nor is a responsive company and an amazing representative a be-all/end-all sign of triumphs to come (but who knows, maybe it is). But when we normalize not recognizing or appreciating the good-will gestures of others we are bound to get less and less of them, and the gulf in the relationship and depersonalization between company and customer widens. I don't want that.

I recently upgraded my kitchen with the VAL CUCINA Infrared Heating Air Fryer Toaster Oven. Usually, I don’t leave a review for the product but this time, I would like to share my impression and the experience I had so far. Amazon has a bundled option which is coming with the cutting board. While I reviewed the details of the cutting board, I decided to purchase it for both the oven and the cutting board. First of all, the cutting board is not only for its primary function. On top of it, its heat resistant material should protect the cabinets from the damage. I have put it on top of the oven for that reason. Also, the material itself looks non-slippery and heat resistant that prevent from scratching and sliding during food preparation. If I buy this cutting board separately, it’s another $40.00. Absolutely great deal! For the oven, my first impression was that it looks stylish and sleek modern yet also looks very durable. Its stainless-steel finish makes the product looks very sleek & modern and easy to clean. Also, it fits perfectly on my countertop without taking up too much space, yet it’s spacious enough inside to handle the size for my family. The product title at Amazon already mentioned that 10-in-1 countertop oven. It has multiple cooking functions – clearly more than bake/toast/broil.. it has a specific toast and options for how many slices. It was quite impressive! As it’s a convection oven with infrared technology, it enables the even cooking. That is very nice! My previous countertop oven had a analog controller, whereas this product has all digital controller and two dials (one is for selection and the other is for the functional choices). I initially thought that I need some time to get used to. Actually it doesn’t require it, as its navigation and user experience looks quite simple and intuitive. Control panel has a clear options displayed and has some beeping to remind where I am at. Both visual and audio experience guide me use the oven without any issue. Also, I like the pre-set cooking modes that make it easy to whip up meals without guessing about time and temperature settings. It’s easy to use. As of now, I used it for ‘air fry’, ‘bake’, ‘broil’ and ‘toast’. It works really well as I expected. Very fast and even cooking. Very crispy and even when I used the ‘toast’ function. It has the options to choose for ‘light’ vs. ‘dark’… and how many ‘slices’ of toast. So good! I am going to do the slow cook this weekend that I am going to make beef stew for two people. Looking forward to it!

We love this little counter top oven! No need for a toaster, air fryer or dehydrator. It does it all. And quickly too! It is stylish and has been a hit with my husband. We were expecting less for the price.

Fantastic Machine. We love it. Food cooks quickly and evenly, glad we paid a little more than for other air fryers, but completely worth the extra expense. Highly recommend this product, it will do everything you need with reliability and easy settings. Love, Love Love it!

Unfortunately, the first one I got was steaming way too much and I had to return and re-order it. The second one I got it’s amazing works great and I love that. It has 10 and one I’ve tried air fryer, baking, and other functions in it. Love this oven. Also, the customer service was very helpful as well. He will recommend this. !

Works well, looks great and best of all, easy to clean. I think I will get rid of the big oven👍

Apparently this model has "unknown issues" that they're trying to figure out. It worked great for the first 2 months but now it's dead, maybe the power supply or some circuit board overheated but either way I'm having issues with simply replacing it as "we don't ship to Canada" despite allowing me to register with their 2 year warranty. Amazon won't take it back as it's past their return window. I'm hoping support will get back to us, as we're stuck with a defective product and down a few hundred dollars. Edit, we got our money back to buy a new one but it's no longer on sale so I'd need to spend over $120 extra to get the same model... I guess I'll just go with a different brand.
