No plug attached to oven.
There was no plug attached to appliance so I had to pay for a contractor to attach a plug to wires and install it. It wasn’t mentioned in product description there wasn’t a plug attached.

Stand-by mode and clock resets everytime you switch off on the wall!
The oven looks good, good price, lots of functions and easy to install. The delivery service was great, I could track the delivery guys on the Amazon app, so I knew when they were about to arrive. I selected the old appliance collection option and they collected it, that was great as I was worried because another reviewer said this didn't work. However, the only issue with this oven is that it doesn't seem to store any digital information in its memory. In other words, if you have a wall switch for the oven (like many UK kitchens do), when you switch it off, it not only forgets the time (displaying 12 and flashing) but also locks the oven up in stand-by mode. If this is for a rental place, it's not ideal, because to disable the stand-by you need to hold two buttons for 3 seconds and people won't know that, thinking the oven is on but maybe malfunctioning. It's not clear if it's in stand-by mode. They put a label underneath about this, but it's a bad sticker that will come off in a few months, and looks ugly on the oven as well. How can they make this kind of design mistake? It's disappointing, since it's so easy to store some bits of memory in any microcontroller. This really annoys me and if I had the time I would replace the oven just for that, because we always switch off the cooker and oven on the wall switch.
