It came with everything in the photos. Seems to measure sugar level well. Its a good deal for the price. I'm happy with it.

BUST.
Thought I was buying a hydrometer, not a glass grenade. The moment I set it down gently on the counter, it exploded like a BB piñata — tiny glass bits and BB's everywhere, my hopes and dreams included. Works great as modern art now, though.
