Is smart looking and does the job only thing which is not the docks fault. Would recommend to get a beefier charger than the one that comes with the Quest 3 headset.

Perfect as you would expect not flimsy like others I tried. BUT I cannot give 5 stars as 'what' no plug. For £120 I expect a plug, i get sort of phone companies not supplying one but bit of a joke that these don't supply one can't use same reason as phones. Pros - works perfect not flimsy or fiddly to charge as others I tried at around £30-£55. Cons - very expensive and imo should be supplied as standard with mq3 if not a plug isn't much to ask for surely . Great device though charger looks great .

Very stylish and great charging pad for quest 3. The hand remotes sit either side of the headset on the charging dock. LED indicators let you know when the headset and remotes are fully charged, and it doesn’t take long. Nice piece of kit for charging the quest.

It looks cool and everything, and when it works properly it's fine, but it's certainly not worth the cost. The head unit regularly doesn't charge properly, you need to wiggle it about, the wait to make sure the charging lights don't go out within a few seconds, if they do, wiggle it about again until they remain on. Even then there is no guarantee it will charge the pro head strap battery. Meta are frankly, just bad at making things.

I bought a non quest charger and had to return it as it did not charge the elite battery so decided to bite the bullet and buy the quest charger. Bought it with the 5 easy payments on amazon and what an upgrade controllers charge no fiddling about with the charging points fits great and no connecting and disconnecting cables as it sits on its charging point highly recommend this charger.

I cannot believe how cheaply built this official meta dock is. Firstly all my accessories are official meta ones. Despite that the controller battery would not charge due to constant connection issues. Just look online plenty of complaints on the forum. The thing looks sturdy but it’s very poorly manufactured with no eye for details.The battery leads don’t line up well. For something this expensive this is unforgivable. Get third party ones. Not sure which one is the best, looking at few myself but they are all half the price at least, so can try them out.

It works but you need surgical precision to put the headset on to actually charge it and if you have an external battery pack you'll need another cable for that. After a while until rechargeable batteries for the controller just stopped working

Looks good, charges efficiently. Yes it does not come with a power brick but you can still use the 18w plug provided with your meta quest 3. You can opt in for a 45w one from anker which is fairly affordable and get the max charging benefits of this as I do. The headset platform leans forward and back to accommodate for the battery head strap. Also, I did how ever have an issue with one of the remote batteries but I fixed it by pushing the reset button on the battery itself in a tiny hole similar to a cim card hole. The battery does not seem to hold charge and is an issue so I’m issuing a replacement Other than that great! Recommend. **Will update after I receive replacement**. Update: I got my replacement and everything works as it should now. No complaints. Handles the charge well and also charges my external battery. With a 3rd party elite strap *Updated photo*.

Bei der Bestellung dachte ich noch: "ganz schön viel Geld für ein Stück Plastik". Heute ist die Station dann angekommen und hat mich wirklich überrascht. Sie ist schwer... viel schwerer als gedacht und hat eine Haptik, die ich nur von Apple kenne. Die Station ist angenehm flach. Sie bringt eigene Akkus mit, die induktiv geladen werden. Trotz Elite Strap funktioniert die Station einwandfrei. Die Beschreibungen dass damit Probleme auftreten, finde ich übertrieben. Ich werfe ja die Brille nicht auf die Station, sondern lege sie vernünftig ab, wie man das mit so teurem Equipment auch machen sollte. Bei mir laden sowohl Brille als auch die Controller problemlos, ohne etwas unter zu legen. Ich würde die Ladestation jederzeit wieder kaufen und finde, sie ist dank des induktiven Ladens eine echte Bereicherung. Das war auch schon bei der Meta Quest 2 so, nur musste ich da noch über einen Magnet USB C meine Brille laden und hatte in den Controllern spezielle Schalen mit Akku, die in der Station über 3 Kontakte geladen wurden. Das fällt mit der originalen Meta Station für die Quest 3 alles weg. Es gibt nur noch 1 Kabel und das führt zur Station. Alles andere erfolgt induktiv. Mein Fazit: Auch ohne 45 Watt Netzteil funktioniert die Station mit dem bei der Brille enthaltenen Netzteil einwandfrei. Man braucht schließlich nicht innerhalb einer Stunde wieder sofort eine komplett geladene Brille... zumindest ich nicht und normal bringe ich meine Meta Quest 3 sowieso nicht ganz leer, weil mir nach einer Stunde Training mit Fit XR ohnehin die Arme beinahe abfallen. Trotz des hohen Preises gebe ich daher 5 Sterne, weil mich die Station voll und ganz überzeugt. Abgesehen davon habe ich mir den anderen Schrott angesehen, der so im Netz angeboten wird. Bevor ich mir damit meine Brille zerstöre, gebe ich lieber etwas mehr für ein vernünftiges Produkt aus.

I did a bunch of reading on docks when picking one out for my son. While there are MANY less expensive docks out there - reviews and feedback from users I knew showed you get what you pay for. My son previously had a Quest 2, and I purchased a cheaper dock for that. So many time's he'd dock his headset and it would refuse to charge. It had to be positioned 'just right'. With this unit and his Quest 3... its 'drop it in and walk away'. Definitely worth the extra price for the reliability and ease of use.
