I’ve been looking for hair vitamins since my oldest was born. Three babies later, I finally found hair vitamins that contain high quality ingredients… like tomato and selenium and biotin and organic pomegranate. After using this hair supplement for one week, I’ve already noticed a difference in the amount of hair loss after a shower. I’m 4 months pp and had started losing a ton of hair everywhere! It's now also thinning, so I am trying many different products both to put on my hair, my scalp, and to swallow. I just don't see a difference, and keep having a lot of hair both in my shower drain and in my hair brush. I don't want to fault these vitamins because I don't see a difference, it may just be me, and they are probably still worth a try. The pills are rather large, but they don't feel too heavy on my stomach.
