My go-to compression sleeves
I have been wearing these sleeves for a few years now to play tennis. I have a history of ACL and meniscus tears and surgeries, and was looking for something somewhat supportive and to help the joint stay warm during practices and matches. These have worked well. The measurements are true to sizing - I’m a 5’8” 150# female and the medium size sleeve fits well. It doesn’t ride or sag. My knee feels supported and they have lasted a long time. One has a minor pull after I snagged a fingernail in it when putting it on, but it hasn’t affected its function. These are reasonably priced and I’ve purchased a few different colors. I wash them inside out on delicate and hang them dry and they have not lost their shape or color. I do wish there were more color options available, and that the pink was more of a true pink. But I have the black, pink, and beige and they all match pretty well to my outfits. The beige blends in with my skin so opponents often don’t notice right away I have a knee brace either, which can help in a match.

Knees feel better
These are just the right amount of compression to comfortably wear all day on my feet. Gives stability and less knee pain. I don't have any real injury that I know of, just pain.

Good, gentle support
Having used a bulkier knee brace before, I was looking for something less binding and less noticeable under clothing. Because the product is lighter weight and flesh toned, these have been worn under long pants as well as shorts and a summer dress. They come in a variety of sizes with a sizing guide to follow. I ordered the size recommended. They were comfortable and not bulky, affording enough help over several days to minimize the knee problem. However, the photos show irritation from the silicone (?) Used to keep it in place. I normally am not allergic, and was surprised to have this irritation happen, and even after several days the demarcations were still visible (see photos). I am pleased with the product’s performance as far as helping the knee pain relief (other than the skin irritation) and serviceability with all clothing. The product is reasonably priced, and two compression pads are included. They cannot be machine washed, but can be washed by hand. I have not had them long enough to speak of durability.

I flew a motorcycle--
over a ditch, unintentionally, when I was young and dumb. My Harley and I remained aloft about a second. I landed first, on the ground. The Harley landed on my left knee. See where I'm going with this? More recently, I attempted to break up a fight between my neighbor's dog and my sweet Sadie. When the fight was over, both dogs were unwounded, but I was once again on the ground. As I attempted to stand, that old left knee failed to cooperate. Torn meniscus. I now wear Sparthos Knee Compression Sleeves on both knees throughout the day. (The right knee aches, too. Arthritis and a pesky hamstring pull.) I'm an active old codger. I work out, I walk the dog, I do yard work. The Sparthos sleeves are great! I wear a size "large" and extend the sleeve high on my right leg (see pic above--wish my legs looked like that) to cover the spot where the hamstring connects to whatever it connects to. The sleeves allow me to climb, slowly, sixteen flights of stairs as part of my exercise routine. (Not trying to be Mr. Olympia--just trying to stay even.) This is my 2nd pair. I would still be wearing the first after more than a year but somebody (maybe me?) put the Sparthos in the dryer. Anything that will stretch and support so well will also shrink when subjected to the extreme heat of a clothes dryer. Don't do it. Follow directions. Handwash. Air dry. I've worn probably a half-dozen brands of knee sleeve, and also tried three or four brands of knee wraps. The Sparthos beats them all, hands down. They do what they're supposed to do--provide excellent support and extend from upper calf to lower hams. They're durable, and they look great, even on my skinny old legs. I'll buy another pair soon as I forget and stoke the new ones in the dryer. In fact, I may buy another pair today to wear while the new pair are air-drying at room temperature after a gentle 2-minute wash in the kitchen sink.

Wears out quickly
I love the product. My arthritic knee responded well to this compression sleeve. It is very supportive and comfortable. I gave it 3 stars because it became streatched out after only a couple months of wear. I only use it for a 2-3 hours 4 days a week while exercising. I have never washed it. I realize this compression sleeve won't maintain its origional tightness for ever but I was hoping for more than a couple months of usefullness.

Best knee sleeve I have tried.
I'm a 6'0", 196lbs, male, very active runner. Purchased the large knee sleeve in beige. I've tried almost all of the knee sleeves out there and I have a sock drawer dedicated to all kinds of sleeves/braces to prove it. Ever since the marathon season kicked off (about 2 months ago) my knee has been bothering me. On a whim (think impulse shopping) I clicked on this particular knee sleeve. The initial first two impressions (this has everything to do with aesthetics and nothing to do with performance) of the knee sleeve was off putting but everything after that (performance and feel) was absolutely outstanding. First two impressions - -The color selection of the sleeves was blah ... the beige color was more orange in color. I know that sounds weird but like I stated earlier it's only aesthetics. -After taking it out of the package the sleeve looked like it was too big for my leg. Again this was only my initial impression. Everything else - -The texture feels like a typical knee sleeve (nice), breathable and not hot. -Like I stated in the cons section ... After taking it out of the package I immediately slipped off my go to knee sleeve and slipped this one on. The immediate reaction was it fits like an absolute glove. Normally, I won't go gaga over a product I've purchased. But my knee has not felt this good in a long time... so good in fact that yesterday afternoon I did sprints with no irritation. Afterwards, I showered and slipped on the other knee sleeve (this comes in a pair) and have not taken this sleeve off in 24hrs. I cannot endorse this knee sleeve enough. Not only will I purchase this again but I am about to purchase another pair (this time in black) after I write this review.

Accurate measurement is critical for maximum support and fit.
Quality material at a reasonable price, does a great job supporting these old knees and keeping them warm that helps keep stiffness at bay. If you are in need of a quality compression sleeve, I recommend you add Sparthos compression sleeves to you research.
