Great product. I haven’t had an issues and have been taking it a year. It’s easy on my stomach and no issues on bowels that I’ve heard on other iron supplements

The biggest thing for me with any type of pills is if they work and if I can get them down! Pros: The work well enough to keep my iron levels up before and after donating blood, as I am a regular blood donor! They help keep the female iron levels steady and healthy throughout the normal monthly iron shifts that females deal with monthly (trying to put that politely). It's so important for women to maintain healthy iron levels during these times! They are super easy to swallow, they aren't too big, and they have no taste. They do not cause constipation or changes in bowel habits. I can get them on my subscribe-and-save, so I don't have to worry about remembering to re-order. Cons: Some people prefer to buy in bulk, like bottles in a 60 or 90 count. These only come in a 30-day supply, so you have to purchase monthly unless you add to subscribe-and-save (which is what I do). Pro-tip: Take iron with vitamin C (pill or a glass of orange juice) to increase absorption.

Great iron supplement. Well absorbed but no gastro issues

Feosol Complete is among the most expensive iron supplements available, especially if you buy it at one of the brick-and-mortar drug stores. If you're somebody who must take iron every day, the cost of this supplement could be a deal breaker. I've been using Feosol Complete for the last few years without any side effects, including gastrointestinal upset. For me, the gentleness of these iron pills is their primary selling point, and presumably why they feature a premium price tag. Of course, if they didn't improve my iron levels, it wouldn't matter how gentle they are on my gut. And by that measurement, Feosol Complete seems to be getting the job done. However, you may find a cheaper brand of iron that’s equally effective and tolerable for you. The only way you’ll know for sure is by trying some different products. Two different products can have the same form of iron but produce different results/reactions. (In general, you should be able to return any nutritional supplement that causes negative side effects.) Feosol Complete pills are larger in size than other iron supplements I’ve taken, but are smaller than a typical multivitamin pill (i.e. Centrum). They also feel kind of heavy for their size, but that’s just my sense. Anyway, I find that it takes a significant gulp of water to get them moving off my tongue. Feosol Complete is hard to find at many of the brick-and-mortar drug stores. They either don't carry it or it's frequently out of stock. In addition, these stores tend to charge considerably more than Amazon. (I use Amazon's Subscribe and Save program to save even more.) Since this product sells for a premium price, I wish the manufacturer would upgrade the bottle's seal to an easy-tab design. Instead, they've chosen to use the standard seal found on most cheap supplements, where you have to use your finger nails to get it started. In conclusion, if you can’t find a cheaper iron supplement that’s tolerable, Feosol Complete is probably your best bet for an effective iron pill that’s also very gentle.

Works well but are the artificial dyes necessary? Some people are really sensitive to them and I don't think you offer a product without them

Duration: For iron deficiency, continue for 3–6 months after levels normalize, as advised by your doctor. Side Effects: Common ones include constipation, dark stools, nausea, or stomach pain. Feosol Complete is gentler on the stomach. Rare but serious: allergic reactions or overdose (fatal in children—keep out of reach). Who Should Be Cautious: Pregnant/breastfeeding individuals, those with thalassemia, hemochromatosis, or on blood thinners/antibiotics—consult a doctor first.

This is a good product for anyone who has ever experienced bad nausea with iron pills. I ordered one product and was sick for an hour and it tore my stomach up. This one right here I have been completely fine. It's only been two days but I support it because of the lack of sickness. I will see how much of a difference it has made on my hemoglobin levels in a month. Awesome product for me!!!!

Having been through numerous iron supplements, I am thankful my physician recommended this one! Feosol works great and my bloodwork proves that for me! It also doesn't upset my stomach nor make me nauseous as other brands have done. Thank you Feosol for helping me get my energy back!
