German Farmer Bread Pack of 4

I saw some people complaining about this bread, it’s real German rye bread, tastes like the bread I used to eat in Germany. It’s maybe an unaccustomed taste to some, but it’s the real deal. Get good butter and it’s practically a meal.

I have been searching for a good German farmer bread for years since living in Germany . Simple ingredients, no sugar and a very fair price. Excellent ,authentic flavor from mammas homeland . Will definitely re order.

Great quality rye bread. We have really enjoyed using this bread for toast in the morning & sandwiches. We consider purchasing more in the near future.

Arrived in a timely manner. Well packaged. The aroma was perfect. As for the taste test, I immediately took out a slice and had Butter Brot for breakfast. This isn’t the darker denser bread in case that’s what you were looking for. It’s also not crispy crunchy, but I’m sure that’s because it came in a plastic bag and was a few days old, usually the crust only lasts that way one day even when you make your own. I felt it could have been a bit more flavorful, but it was very good and the texture was perfect. I put 3 into the freezer and am enjoying the first half loaf already.

When you are married to a guy named Dieter, you need very specific and authentic German style bread. This is legit. It’s dense, chewy, and the subtle rye flavor makes it super versatile. We love it lightly toasted.

It’s very tasty, filling, fresh and healthy. It’s also very authentic. A taste of home away from home.

I was disappointed at first that it’s made in New York City so it probably isn’t the best quality wheat and it probably has crap in it like most American breads but it does taste good and with a good German liver worse on it it tastes very good. Definitely buy it again. Taste good it’s fresh.
