Kind of pressure cookers
Great quality and easy to use. Food is amazing and can be cooked within minutes. Best pressure cooker available in my opinion. My parents have the older model for the last 20+ years! It's sufficient to say these will last long.

fissler Pressure cooker
IT is exactly what it is as described on the video, I recently purchased fissler pressure cooker from Amazon, the quality is 5 star, my food was ready after 25 minutes saved me hours of cooking time amazed with the result. I recommend it highly every household should have in their kitchen. I would like to thank the fissler for its product.

bought to replace our much loved 32 year old Prestige
bought to replace our much loved 32 year old Prestige. Fantastic piece of kit and well worth the price. Cooks in significantly quicker times and also virtually silently. Traffic light system for pressure is easy to grasp. Be careful to check the dimensions as this is a different shape to the Prestige and may not fit pudding basins etc. Instruction book is not as good as the Prestige as no recipes included but instructions are clear.

Almost as good as the WMF Perfection Ultra, but not quite!
In general I prefer Fissler pans to WMF, particularly the Profi series, which are exceptional. In the case of pressure cookers, I find WMF are better. Both manufacturers turn out products of excellent quality; they are both made in Germany; they both cook extremely well; are virtually silent in use; can be relied on to produce consistent cooking results - even with tender vegetables. Hence, the difference comes down to design. This can best illustrated in washing the pressure cookers: The Fissler requires partial dismantling. You have to unscrew the top handle and control valve and ideally the euromatic safety valve before you can wash the lid separately. So you have to put all the 'little bits' somewhere safe while it is washed. In the case of the WMF, you simply unclip the whole handle in one piece and the lid is ready to wash. The steam release on the WMF is better controlled and bleeds steam 180 degree away from you until you turn it off. The Fissler pressure bleed is more aggressive, it is directed to the sides so more care is needed, and only bleeds pressure while you hold the release button. Both cookers have electronic timers that are useful for reproducing precise cooking times under full steam pressure. The WMF Ultra has its electronic timer pressure control built into the handle rather than an add on. It just seems more thought out. As for how well these pressure cookers last: Both cookers are manufactured to very high standards. I trust they both will give many years of service until parts eventually dry up. My WMF is now seven-years old. That is why I have both the WMF and Fissler.

Excellent product
Excellent pressure cooker, works a treat. Only slight comments on the seller, pressure cooker didn't arrive as scheduled. Got a bit worried. Seller in Germany sent me dispatch details (in German) and I was able to work out that the pressure cooker did not dispatch until 2 days after I was told it had been dispatch, hence the concern over dates. Just take the dispatch dates with a pinch of salt!

So if you open the box and notice like I did that it says "L 4
One quick note to other folk buying this or other pressure cookers. The size (i.e. six litres) is the total size of the pressure cooker but you should only fill it two-thirds full. So if you open the box and notice like I did that it says "L 4.0 max" inside do not panic and phone Amazon demanding a replacement like I did, just get cooking instead :-)
