Panacea Products Classic Finial End Panel, Black

I bought these for my Halloween cemetery scene because i was sick of buying crappy plastic decorations that fall apart every year. They are great and worth the cost. We use them in the garden as well when it's not the most wonderful time of year aka Halloween.

The quality of the construction and the metals of the gate and fans are good. I only give it two stars because of the gate. I had expected at the gate would have a frame around it to keep it adjusted to open and close easily. Instead the gate is essentially a only section of fence cut in two. I had to order another section of fence and another post and mount it to the house in order to have the gate section hinge there. Even so the gate sags and does not close very well. Having a frame around the gate would be a great improvement and would not cost much.

These stakes are poorly designed. The final cap is welded onto the spike and therefore you have to be very careful when trying to drive the spike into the ground. The final cap is easy to snap off. Even though Amazon displays them as being compatible with the Roxbury series of fence panels, and they do fit through the slots of the panels, they are challenging to drive into ground of any substance without damaging the final caps.The spikes offered by Roxbury are a far better design since they feature final caps that are removable simply by unscrewing them from the post. Panacea would be very wise to redesign their offering with a similar setup.

The fencing itself is nice. I give it only three stars because of the manner in which it arrives. Multiple sections had finials broken off in the box. I can glue them, but.... Each piece of fence was packaged in a separate box which seems like an enormous waste of cardboard. The posts however were all packed into one box with no padding around them, and every single one had the paint chipped off the head of it. So the first hour of installing it meant going to the hardware store to buy some Rustoleum black spray paint to fix them. Seems like they would come up with a better way to package and ship them. Once they are up, they do look nice. I think the quality will be good for long term.

This piece of fencing looks fine, but the packaging was weak and the top parts, which are made of metal as thin as aluminum foil, were bent in shipping. ALSO - it isn't obvious how to actuall install these - no hangars, and the posts which come with it are also lacking connectors for the fence, so one would have to "gin-up" his/her own mechanism for adjusting the height of the fencing off the ground.

A little pricey but the metal will last much longer than the flimsy plastic type. Made the cemetery pop!

I purchased quite a bit of this fencing to block my dogs out of different parts of my yard. This is a very sturdy little fence and very nice looking in the yard. My dogs jump up on it and it doesn't budge! I have planted flowers around it and ever in bad weather conditions it stays where I put it. I am very happy with my purchase. It's a strong little fence.

I really like these simple, but still ornamental, posts. We bought them to build a low garden fence that separates our dog (and his deliveries) form a portion of our lawn. We're looking forward to having an area we can use without worrying about poopy shoes or dead patches. The posts are fairly heavy, but are not very tall. We installed 1/2-inch pvc-pipes in the ground, then slid the post into the sleeves. That way when we want to mow we just slip the posts out of the PVC and run the mower over the top, then stick them back into the pvc-sleeve when everything is neatly trimmed. Before installing the pvc-sleeves we had the posts driven directly into the ground, by covering the head with a thick towel and banging them into the soil. They didn't bend or divot. We used a welded wire mesh fence panel that's high enough (24") that our short, but determined, corgi can't clamber over.

Reviewed a lot of products before selecting this.Used to separate 2 front gardens with a mid-height, attractive fence. You get a really good-looking, sturdy, easily assembled and re-positionable product here.With some other products the joins are unsightly or a weak point - here they are strong and look great. Pets could jump over it, but they won't knock it down with the thick spikes pushed well down.Considering the above, and the good delivery and customer service (rang to ask a question before ordering), they are more than worth the slightly higher price than the cheap and horrible alternatives and will last longer too!

This added to an arch has really added to the garden at the side of our house.

Bought to help us block and stop our dog trying to continually open up holes and gaps in a wooden fence on the side of our garden where foxes exist on the other side, the product is brilliant and great value.Easily installed with the corresponding garden posts linking to join the sections and inserted into soil against the relevant wooden fence base, the solution is perfect and effective!

Packed well. Easy to put up. Got them due to dog next door setting my dog off and fence war started. This I hope will calm the problems down. Plus they look really smart.

Very pretty addition to the garden.
