Outstanding Bike Touring Bag – Built for Real Adventures
This bike touring bag has completely exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, it is truly waterproof — not just “water-resistant” like so many others claim to be. I’ve ridden through heavy rain and everything inside stayed bone dry. That alone gives me huge peace of mind on longer trips. The build quality is exceptional. It feels incredibly sturdy, with tough materials, reinforced seams, and zippers and buckles that are clearly made to last. It’s also surprisingly comfortable to ride with. The design hugs the frame perfectly, and there’s no annoying sway or rattle, even on rougher roads or gravel. One of the smartest design features is how it keeps the center of gravity low. That really helps with balance and maneuverability, especially when climbing or handling tight turns with a fully loaded bike. It feels stable, secure, and natural — you almost forget it’s there. And it’s spacious! I’ve packed gear for multi-day tours with no problem. The layout is intuitive, making it easy to access essentials without having to unpack everything. In short, this bag nails it on all fronts. It’s rugged, waterproof, well-designed, and a joy to tour with. Highly recommended for anyone serious about bikepacking or long-distance rides.

Handy and affordable
Just did a bike tour using this bag and it worked out simply and beautifully. Stuff went in and out without any fuss and the bag itself was easy to attach to and detach from the bike. Especially considering the modest price point, this is a great buy.

Great product, great value
I’m new to the bikepacking scene so I wanted to find something to let me try it out without breaking the bank. Enter RockBros bags, a great product for a great price. I just finished a three-day trip on the Great Allegheny Passage (GAP Trail), and these bags were awesome! In fact, better than awesome. On Day 1, it rained. The. Whole. Time. Like downpour rain. When I got to my destination, I was skeptical about whether my stuff would be dry. I needn’t have worried. When I opened the bags (I have the half frame bag, too), my stuff was dry as a bone. There are a couple of nitpicky things I noticed. For example, it’s tough to find the right way to pack the bag because it’s so narrow by the seat (but, silver lining, it allowed for an inexpensive seat-mounted water bottle holder that also functioned as sort of a sway bar), and it tended to sag a bit in the back when it was loaded with stuff (which I sort of figured out by Day 3), but those were minor issues in the scheme of things. In the end, I’m telling you, when they say “waterproof,” they mean it. I’m super happy with my purchase and I would purchase more RockBros products in the future.

Love this bag, not waterproof though
Bought this bag for a four day road tour. It worked perfectly, and I had no problems mounting it or with its durability. It’s a strong bag, and well designed and made. I would say however, that it’s not suitable for any sort of off-road riding. The bag would sway too much, and that will create a tension that may ultimately cause damage. But for road riding it’s perfect. My only complaint is that it’s not 100% waterproof. I put it to the test during a three hour torrential rain storm and when I unpacked that evening there was some dampness inside, so I could not determine how it got in. No matter, because I packed everything into plastic bags anyway, So nothing I had was wet. My riding partner bought a similar bag from another company that was about half the price, and it too worked very well. So I’m not sure that this bag is worth double what that bag is worth, but I have no complaints at the price I paid.

Great product and design
I went on a 5 day ride with this pack. The strap tore slightly the first day and the bead came off the bungee strap the last day. I returned it but will order another right away in hopes the previous problems won't occur. It works great. I hardley knew it was there but it held a good amount of gear and kept things dry in the rain. Great design and price compared to similar products for $150 at the bike shops.

Basically a good product but the plastic parts need to be upgraded
After reading the mixed reviews I decided to purchase it anyway. Once I received the pack I looked it over and took note that all the points of connections had been reinforced and had extra stitching and the pack as a whole seemed sturdy. My only concerns were that the plastic buckles seemed a bit light weight for its intended use. There was only one way to find out so I loaded it up with my gear and went out on a trial ride on my local trails. A mixture of gravel fire roads and technical single tracks. At first I was pleasantly surprised at how steady and secure it felt. There was some sway left to right but not enough to throw me off balance. All was good. An hour into my ride I noticed that the pack seemed loose so I re-tightened the straps but shortly they were loose again and eventually one of the buckles broke. Fortunately I was able to tie the two ends together and make it back ok. Once back home I noticed that the material where the strap attached to the top of the bag had also torn but I assume that the stress from the other strap had broken caused the tear. In an attempt to save on weight and cost they went with cheap quality plastic parts. They really need to make sure that ALL the components are rated for their intended or potential use. This pack is less expensive then other products and some would say that you get what you pay for but this product is of good quality and well worth the price but it still needs a little tweaking.

Not super practical
I should mention upfront that this is the first bikepacking bag I've ever used, and I've decided that I really don't like bikepacking bags. The triangular/cone shape is ridiculous: it's hard to pack, doesn't hold nearly as much as I'd hoped (even though I tend to travel pretty light), and it's really hard to retrieve things once you've packed them. You basically have to take the whole thing apart every time you open it up. It's not floppy, exactly, but it does sway a bit as you ride, which isn't a deal-breaker, but it is annoying. Overall, it's a bit of a PITA. I've gone back to a rack with small panniers, a system which is decidedly less sporty but much more practical. That said, this appears to be a good product for what it is. It's well constructed and, though I only used it for one trip, it appears very durable. The straps are solid. The material is not fragile. It's actually waterproof. If you're dead set on this type of system, or if your bike isn't designed for touring or gravel, it will probably work for you.

Pumping momma-awesome bag!!!!!
This bag is AWESOME!!! I have a newborn but still like to go on long rides to stay active. I could fit my Medella free style pump, flanges, 2 bottles, a milk cooler that comes with Medella pumps, my windbreaker..and there was still more room to shove things in there! The bag didn’t bounce around or hit my tire, very sturdy and secure. Also liked how I could attach my safety light to the back, just felt like my light could fly off so had to rig it a little bit, that would be my only complaint. But can’t get over how nice and sturdy this was. Definitely recommend!!!! Very impressed.
