Scan tool works fantastic, and is very fast. I'm normally not a fan of Bluetooth scanners due to connection times and issues but this model connects quickly, and without a fuss. I was already able to complete a job on a mini cooper, which is a bmw product.

This is a fine piece of kit. It seems sturdy and it functions fine. However, it is over marketed and promises everything to everybody and when it falls short, they simply ask for you to stand by for updates. This did not satisfy my immediate needs for Ford 6.7 diesel engine and fuel system diagnostics so, I am returning. Set up went fine but there is a very aggravating aspect that was revealed. I noticed as I searched for my specific functions that they want you to purchase additional access to service functions for some models.

Update:, so about 6 7 months in it started acting extremely weird very slow and sluggish it's model number it's supposedly 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 it's called itself e n a i system 701 and has all kinds of weird code in it when looking into this this is full of malware and data collection services there's a longer system built in that would actually record my GPS directions and save them as wav files one by one by one each direction and was always trying to upload stuff in the background turns the service save you violates certain policies by looking into that stuff they want you to destroy the unit or return it to them at cost to you on further increase reason for the weird code and possibly saying stuff like AI is to allow some of the weird stuff in there because it is full of pirated software that's how they're able to provide such a cheap product they have used back doors to allow you to get the softwares for some of the stuff to access these cars modules plus mine being an overseas model that is full of nothing but spyware customer service is horrible ⁷also do not lose that activation code because it'll almost be impossible for you to ever get your system back online if you ever have to do a factory reset This thing is super amazing. Has all kinds of built-in software. Not only is it the top of the line bi-directional scan tool, it is also a tablet so once connected to the internet you can then click on codes which will then automatically Google. Search it and pull up a YouTube video if you'd like for repairs which is really cool too because then you can sync your business email to it. That way all my work emails related to car work come to this tablet thing so I can check work emails while fixing a car and putting my Subaru into diagnostic mode or service mode or fixing brakes or whatever way more than I thought it was going to be. I wasn't expecting it to be a a mini laptop computer. It feels really solid really rugged it's just a beautiful machine

This scanner is truly remarkable. Despite its compact size, it is brimming with features, particularly in terms of coding functions. I was able to code modules on my Cayenne that were previously inaccessible with Xtool and Autel. I am thoroughly impressed with this product.

Absolutely love this scanner its great for just clearing codes or watching live data and definitely the best bang for your buck this seller was very helpful with the entire process from start to finish i will definitely use them again
