Das Board sieht zwar optisch ein wenig nach Fisher-Price Spielzeug aus ist aber hochwertig und stabil gebaut. Es steht fest und vor allem rutschfest am Boden. Die Gummi-Füße sind gesteckt und nicht einfach aufgeklebt. Der Kunststoff macht einen sehr festen und wertigen Eindruck. Die Oberfläche ist wirklich rutschfest, so dass man darauf bis zur 24 Grad Neigung problemlos barfuß stehen kann, ohne an die hintere Stoppleiste zu rutschen. Das einzige Problem ist jetzt nur noch die Verkürzung der Wadenmuskulatur, und um die zu beseitigen, ist das Board jedenfalls sehr gut geeignet.

First, I purchased this as I had a bad cramp, that left me with pain in my foot everytime I put my foot down. This device , stopped the pain. The stretch board is very well made, and very easy to set up. On the lowest setting, I could feel the calf muscle being stretched. A few times on this board,about 5 minutes each time, and the pain in my foot vanished. An excellent product that is very sturdy, and does not slide,on a carpeted floor. Its there whenever I might need it again, very pleased with my purchase.

Va usata con senno...soprattutto se si hanno problemi...bisogna sempre chiedere a fisioterapisti onde evitare di avere problemi futuri, ma detto ciò...è un ottimo coadiuvante per ossa e muscoli! La stiamo usando sia io che mio marito e ne giovano i tendini dei miei piedi e la sua schiena...perchè non l'abbiamo acquistata prima!!!
