very good and easy to use. it brought all my knives back to life and sharp again. from cheap asda put me on's to an old Damascus that had never been sharpened properly. highly recommended. very quiet too.

Arrived 1 day late, but fine with that. Good machine, worked on 1st try after a quick read of the instructions. DON’T press hard. X4 Light slow passes in slot 1 was enough to grind a decent sharp edge. X4 light passes in slot 2 to polish and refine the sharp edge. Great results with minimal learning curve. Very happy with this machine to produce sharp knives fast. Stable machine, doesn’t move around in use. All drops back in its original cardboard box for back of the cupboard storage.

Very effective knife sharpener which can make kitchen knives razor sharp. Unfortunately despitr having 3 abrasive wheels, there is no way to sharpen scissors

Been using this sharpener for a while and it does exactly what I needed. It is small enough to keep in a drawer and it does not take up space on the counter. Saves a lot of time compared to a manual sharpener. Just run knives through the stages and they come out sharper than brand new. I can slice tomatoes cleanly and even cut paper after. The 3 stages feel useful, not just marketing. It brings back a dull edge fast and the final stage leaves the blade smooth. Instructions are simple too. I only use the coarse stage when the knife is really blunt, then I finish on the finer stages with light steady pressure. Imo it feels worth for the price.

I found the sharpener really quick and easy to use. I had a set of knives that were becoming very blunt so rather than spend a lot of money replacing them I thought I'd try this. There are three slots to use. The first one is for extremely blunt or damaged knives; the second to refine the sharpening or for mildly blunt knives and the last slot is manual for finishing touches or serrated edges (these cannot be put in the first two slots). Please bear in mind that scissors cannot be sharpened in the machine. I found it produced excellent results using little or no pressure on the knives and had sharpened all 12 knives in under 25 minutes. A really good product

Extremely good results and it’s so easy to operate safely. I’ve tried a few knife sharpeners over the years but this is the best I’ve ever had. Even after a year of use it still gives me trouble free excellent results.

Does what it says on the tin. Really pleased with my knife sharpener. My adult son sharpened all my good knives for me. I hadn’t realised the dishwasher blunts the blades. I now hand wash my large knives. The sharpener is very effective & also has a manual slot for serrated bread knives

Nicely made, but I found my hand sharpener did just as well without the need for electricity or the bulk of the unit

Es excepcional y una auténtica maravilla para cualquier cocina. Lo recomiendo de verdad: si estás dudando, cómpralo, porque merece la pena y se nota la diferencia desde el primer uso. Ademas es una velocidad que no quema ni destempla el acero de los cuchillos. Un acierto total.

Ce produit fonctionnait à merveille, mais, subitement, la meule N°2 a cessé de fonctionner. J'ai contacté le service garantie de Sharpal qui a été aimable et efficace à tous points de vue. Après quelques échanges sur la nature de la panne, un nouvel appareil m'a été envoyé très rapidement. Et ce dernier fonctionne à merveille. Félicitations à Sharpal pour sa réactivité et son grand professionnalisme. Bien évidemment je recommande ce produit.

Fungerade jättebra i mindre än ett år. Sen tog den motorn slut. Jag reklamerade till SHARPAL och de bad mig skicka ett video som visade problemet. SHARPAL var väldigt proffsiga och tillmötesgående och skickade mig en ersättningsprodukt som fungerar perfekt.
