Certainly my favourite electrolyte tablet, I take 2 tablets 3 times a day and pair it with some extra potassium. The quality is good and it uses highly bioavailable chemicals which means you'll actually absorb close to the full amount specified. For hydration this is great and the taste doesn't bother me. Swallowing can be hard so just make sure you're taking it with water anyway. Very effective and easy to use and also not highly expensive so this is my favourite one. Will buy again.

I really feel that these help my 40+ yr old body with a heavy weekend. Will take them religiously after a night on the town and I feel so much better then when I didn’t have this product. An excellent product to have on the nightstand. Tablets are huge so need broken in half before taking but this is very easy as they are perforated. Will buy again!

I work in a hot kitchen environment and sweat a lot at work, I would often wake through the night with bad cramps but I can honestly say since taking these electrolyte tablets its all changed I haven't been bothered with cramps for weeks plus I feel much better in myself throughout the day I'm don't feel as drained as I used to be.. they really have made such a difference to me staying properly hydrated.

Really hard to swallow and do not taste very nice so I’ve wasted around about four tablets as I’m learning that not every tablet comes in capsule form with a nice smooth shell lol Once swallowed, I have seen a positive effect on my hydration levels and overall energy levels!

These tablets are great for when undertaking long periods of fasting and for daily use when exercising heavily. They are a bit on the large side but can easily be swallowed one at a time when taking two.

Very large pill, slightly salty taste, but I break them in half and they are easier to swallow. Has improved my leg caps and helped with digestion. Would buy them again.

They are a big tablet to take and not a smoth coating. They do seem to be making a difference taking them. Would recommend
