This will move you! Take with caution. I’ve been taking for 5+ years and it works consistently every time. For first time use, test it on a day where you’re staying home. Start with half a scoop…maybe less. Your stomach may feel sensitive. Don’t trust your farts…lol. You will get that ingredient in THIS product in its purest form. It may not be pleasant to drink but it’s so worth it. I put mine in a protein shaker along with something sweet like BCAA powder. Wonderful product. I used it accordingly and i feel wonderful. It tastes not bad at all. Affordable and healthy. Its good to clean yourself once a season.

At first the taste is kind of scary but, once you let it set it’s not bad at all. I literally have done it one day haha but so far its good ! I’m a really constipated person tmiii but I tend to sit on the toilet for hourssssss knowing something is in there and I’ll push until it’s out. But with this right away when I drank it I pooped in 20 min and 3x after super smoothly. It does hit you out of no where like oh sh*** I need to sh**** but if you have a bathroom near you I totally recommend ! So if you have a very sh**** tummy then go and ruuuun for this product you deserve a clean body and easy stool. Amen

This stuff is like an exorcism. If it will be your first time taking it, you need to be prepared. First timer you will have a BM within 3-4 hours of taking, you will feel gut pain, you will regret the decision of taking this 3 BMs into it. You’ll feel better about it when you wake up the next day and you’re 5-9lbs less in weight. Also if you put it into a plastic bag and throw it at your cat it kinda works like cat nip and they go crazy for it.

Works GREAT! But be wary, the full dose is usually too strong for people the first few times. It can cause intense cramping and God help you if you're out and about when it hits! I use smaller doses, which works great when I have my constipation issues. But avoid using this daily as your body will adjust to it and it will start being less effective. It's great for occasional use but daily I think would be way to harsh on your body.
