Very expensive but outstanding , cleans very well , battery lasts long , looks good . Very easy to use and empty the bin.

Design marvel.

The main draw back is it doesn't have on and off swith. We have to hold the power button the entire time you use it. You would get wrist pain. As the motor and battery also need to be carried it is over weight for normal persons especially for women. On Eco mode the suction is low. As the product is made of plastic we have to worry about damage if you slip it. For the price we are paying it is not recommended.

Ease of use! Stylish! Can adjust power mode so easily! Can turn it on, on the go!! Light weight!! Easy dirt disposal!! Cleaning the thing can be a slightly tedious! Can see so much more dirt with light-head!! I wish the nozzle were ever so slightly slimmer!

Dyson products are very expensive, as is this one. But at least for the very high price, you get a machine that works very well. Be aware that if you use it on lower quality, or hand knotted carpets, it could pull a LOT of material out of the carpet. After six months of using this vacuum, perhaps the carpet could be damaged. I don't know, but there is a downside to so much power (you can turn the power to a lower setting). Besides that, it's a very high quality product of the highest standard, although there are a few issues: you have to continuously hold the power button to keep it on, and it's not the easiest to empty. But the laser floor cleaner is brilliant.

A superb machine..we’ll design to suck each and every dust particle in your home.. I did return the machine once as I didn’t get the floor dock… but got it on my next order.. the catch is that you need to add both the complimentary dock and v15 to your cart.. during checkout the dock will be bill as 0 .. only downside is it’s heavy compared to v12 .. so you have to hold it using both the hands

It is more than just a Vac. the light is great, it certainly shows up where you need to go, and where you have been. It is a very good cleaner.

Fonctionne à merveille. J’avais déjà une v10 animal. La différence est que le balais principal de la v10 est celui pour les carpet de la v15s . Il est plus puissant, parfait pour les carpet mais pas pour un sol lisse. Donc j’utilise maintenant le balais avec lumière verte pour le plancher lisse et c’est complètement un « game changer » ! Ça aide vraiment à ne pas tourner les coins rond et bien passé partout . J’adore ! Pour ce qui est de la tête submarin, c’est très bien, elle utilise à peine d’eau et elle laisse un plancher propre sans être trop mouiller ensuite. Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat !
