Ich denke eine halbe Tablette pro Tag reicht auch aus. Wo ich nun auf der Verpackung alles einsehen kann. Alles andere wäre bei den Inhaltsmengen wohl übertrieben! Und somit reicht die Dose eine halbe Ewigkeit. Die Tabletten sind sehr fest und sehr einheitlich gefertigt. Bin sehr zurfrieden mit dem hochwertigem Produkt.
