I was pleasantly surprised at the taste of this seasoning. It tastes WAY better than T...Joe's. The only odd thing is the jar doesn't come full. There's a good 1/3" missing from the top. I've never seen that with seasonings. Also be careful because this comes out FAST!

Truffle Powder
Until I tasted this I wouldn’t have believed how incredible this advances any dish that you make with or without mushrooms. Especially if you don’t like the texture of mushrooms but love the flavor.

It is not actual truffle, but truffle flavoring and it tastes really off.

The scent and flavor
For those of us who are familiar with this sumptuous power of nature, I’ve encountered some differences in flavor from the natural truffle and imitations. Though the variance does stand out, it is still satisfying as it relates to the real thing. Especially with certain bland foods that lend themselves as a delicious platform for “truffle ish” flavor. I highly recommend.
