I love Darjeeling Earl Grey tea. Combines the lighter delicate Darjeeling tea with fragrant Bergamot bitter orange. My favourite was supplied with a good dose of oil and bits of dried bergamot. Alas no longer made. I have found other brands really lacking in flavour, so now buy loose leaf Darjeeling, sprinkle some oil in the container to taste , shake it up and job done. Sometimes add fresh or dried orange or bergamot. A single drop in a large mug of water is also refreshing.

Absolutely brilliant fragrance and flavour! I first bought a small bottle of bergamot flavouring back around 2011 and loved it in tea, bakery and spice mixes for fruits. Reading the reviews for Viva Doria's Bergamot - the fact that it is food grade caught my attention because none of the other offerings on site mentioned food grade as that was primary for me. It's great in tea (makes a sort of an instant Earl Grey / Lady Grey tea and, as another reviewer mentioned, a little goes a long way. Really superb!

We got this just for that, Earl Grey tea is getting more and more expensive. Two splashes of this into a steeping cup with black tea will make it taste just like Earl Grey. This is food grade, if you do this, make sure you look at the label and aren't about to eat something that isn't food grade. Don't splash into tea that's already made thinking it's fine. It's better to put it in the cup with the tea bag then add water for steep time. If you add it after you will be hit with quite a surprise taste... it's not good. Let it sit.

Excellent quality, and also very potent concentration. One drop goes a long way, I use it for mixology, was looking for FOOD GRADE availability.

just one drop adds such flavor to my tea. I can use a cheaper tea bag but with one drop of the oil it elevates the tea to de-lish.
