This product works well but be careful about long term (years) use as doctors won't tell you, even if you tell them like the packaging says to, that the long term use of PPIs (protein pump inhibitors) can lead to decreased ability to uptake vitamins in the intestines, even after stopping the use of the PPI. If you're struggling with energy or mood, get your vitamin levels checked and try to get off the PPIs. I have a iron uptake issue, among other vitamins. Easy to use, works as advertised, provide relief after about 20/24 hrs.

You can't beat this price for the quantity and quality even at discount or warehouse stores and I have really shopped around. They're identical in size, shape, and efficacy of name brands at several times the cost. I have them set to automatic delivery every few months and I recommend that if you need them for regular use so that you don't get caught having to run out and purchase at store prices.
