Bought this to replace the original N20 for my ResMed. It broke and was not available for a replacement for a couple months through my insurance, so I found this and purchased it. I was extremely skeptical that it was going to fit properly or be as comfortable as stated. I couldn’t have been more wrong on both accounts. The nasal mask attaches perfectly. The head strap is extremely comfortable. It is soft and stays in place well. The magnets are far better than the magnets on the original that came with my machine. It is a great value. ResMed wanted $50+ for their replacement. I give this a 10/10!!! They have a terrific product. Only regret is not having gotten this sooner.

This is an off brand and it works perfectly. The padding that goes over the plastic parts affix with Velcro, they took a little getting used to but are fine now.

Just replaced my F20 mask with this one. It is so much more comfortable. The straps are in a different location, no more irritation along my jaw line. The cushion fits closer or tighter around my nose, less air leakage and noise. The liner on the frame is really comfortable, I was afraid it might be too warm for me since I tend to run hotter than most but no complaints. My only concern is the strength of the new frame in how it attaches to the cushion insert. It does improve the overall comfort but seems it could be the point where the frame could break. For right now I am enjoying the changes and will update if my concerns are founded. Heck, I might just be willing to replace the frame more frequently in order to have the added comfort.

While I was a little uneasy about the flimsy nature of the plastic I found it be a comfortable fit. I removed the felt peices that were wrapped around it and use it with out any issue.

I order all my medical products from Amazon, it's cheaper than using my insurance and ordering from my local medical supply house.

PERFECT PERFECT, better than others sent out from medical home supplies or agencies. I recommend this highly and will purchase it again and again if needed.

Please save your money. This is horrible and not a suitable replacement for Resmed N20 frame. I couldn’t get a proper seal all night and lost precious sleep. Wish I had returned it.

I had no idea there was even padding for these! To be frank, I didn't even realize it was coming with one. On my original frame, the plastic piece where the nose cushion clips cracked in half on the bottom in the middle and the top in the middle a crack was forming. I had used super glue to hold it together until this new one came in. I used it for the first time last night and holy cow what a huge difference the padding made! The frame and head strap didn't bother me at all for the first time and I've been on a CPAP for a decade at least! Not only that but I was shocked that I didn't have mask sleep marks on my face. As a side sleeper, I made it more snug because the frame usually shifts breaking the cushion seal. Now I did use the original magnetic clips from my broken headset so I cannot attest to the quality of the clips that came with this one. Definitely recommend though!
