Provides good sharpening for pruning saw blades
Good file for sharpening pruning saws. Does very good job.

Inexpensive and easy to use
Purchased to sharpen the pruning blade for a vintage Craftsman pole saw, the blade of which is no longer available. Worked as intended. Honestly, it really didn't take long with the blade clamped in a vice. File is inexpensive and shaped to fit between teeth. Depending on your blade, you may also want to consider a tool to re-set the teeth. Good value.

Decent manual sharpener. I use it for my pruners, small hand clippers and small hatchet/axe. Works well for tools that cannot be easily put in a vise due to their shape.

Needed for tree saws
If you have a curved saw for cutting tree limbs you probably could use this file. This one is very easy to use and does a nice job.

Sharp saw
I used this to sharpen a bone cutting saw and it definitely sharpened it as sharp as my brand new wood saw. It is a bit difficult to get the angle right to sharpen each side of every tooth but it definitely worked.
