Ordered this for my wife, as she has some balance issues. She likes it a lot, and I find it pretty nice to use too! While the side rails make it a bit more awkward to store, it more than makes up for it in a secure feeling while climbing. It is pretty easy to carry, and just about the right height for in the house needs

In my case the hand rails did not fit properly an could not use supplied fasteners. I had to use my own screws and nuts. Otherwise, the step ladder is stable, light, and easy to use.

I have a four step ladder but it's a bit heavy. So I am keeping it on the first floor of my townhouse. I wanted something solid but lighter for the second and third floors. I read reviews for several on Amazon. This step ladder works really well. I feel safe using the handles. It feels solid. I needed something to reach my upper cabinets, change lightbulbs, and smoke detector batteries. So far, I feel very safe on this ladder. But as always I am careful going up and down the steps & paying attention. And it folds and stores in a space between my refrigerator and the wall so I can easily pull it out. It was fairly easy to put together but read the instructions! I did it myself. I am 69 years old and not to terribly handy with tools but I did it. I am keeping the instructions and tools to periodically check it in case the handles need adjustment or tightening.

Love love love this stepladder. 3 handles to support myself, 2 side handles and one top. I am older and need support to reach higher items. I also have balance issues, and also getting weaker muscles. I can’t say enough great things about this ladder. Be safe, buy this sturdy solid step ladder.

Love the ladder - but - the assembly tool packet was supposed to have 4 long screws and 2 short screws. I received 6 long screws so the assembly isn't as securely fastened as it should be in 2 points in which the screws are fastened. Is there a way to get a replacement of the little tool/fastener package that comes with the product? The overall product is fine -- it's just the assembly that has the issue.
