The service quality is disappointing, with slow responses and no proper resolution when problems are reported. After a short run, a strong plastic or burnt smell starts coming from the motor, which feels unsafe. Blendability is poor — smoothies remain grainy and ingredients don’t mix properly. Leakage is a serious issue as liquid escapes from the jar lid and creates a mess on the kitchen counter. The blade sharpness is also weak, struggling even with soft fruits and basic ingredients. Overall, the product feels cheaply made and unreliable, and I regret purchasing it.
