Used this with a MacBook Pro. Had no issues. It isn't an IPS panel, but it has great viewing angle, is decently bright and has almost no bezels. And it is the cheapest good monitor that I found. It comes in a box that's very very small. So packing it during a house move is also simple.

The display is sharp and smooth, and overall performance is great for daily use. There is a small white layer visible when viewed from the side, but it doesn’t affect normal front viewing. Apart from that, everything else is excellent for the price.

There are certain other monitors in this price range that claim to have 100hz refresh rate (acer is one of them), but is really just 75 hz. This is probably the only true 100hz monitor in this price range. With regards to other features such image quality, brightness, resolution and so on -- you won't be able to tell the difference between different screens within a price range to be honest, they're all equally good. The base is solid, has a little slot for placing your phone, tilt angle of -5 to 20 degrees is enough for most cases, cannot adjust height tho, you should ideally have a chair that is height adjustable!. Has an audio output too (3.5mm jack, really handy if you have external speakers). Size 22-24 inch is ideal and any larger screen will get grainy at 1080p. Has an inbuilt anti blue light setting, though I'm not a fan of it. MSI good brand but the servicing leaves much to be a desired. I have a laptop from MSI, quality piece of engineering but had a minor charging port issue within the very first few weeks and it was very difficult to find and visit the servicing center... Other than that, MSI is a top tier brand. Don't expect much in terms of servicing though What separates this from other monitors in this segment is the refresh rate in my opinion. If you want to play games at around 100 FPS, this is the cheapest option -- 120 or 144hz costs significantly more and in many cases you may not even have a GPU that is capable of outputting a consistent 144fps

Great monitor with great visual clarity

The thing is it has hdmi 1.4b port so it doesn't support 100hz at 4k,maybe 1080p at 100hz is guaranteed.
