I got this pad bcuz of my back problem I got after a car accident and it has been very helpful super light, I can adjust the heat level which makes it great is almost like the warm towel u get in the back when going to the chiropractor . It helps me a lot with my pain relief and the best of all I can put it around my neck and works super efficient. I mostly use it after shower at night and get to relax in bed it feels comfortable.

Works great so far. You can feel the warmth . Not sure it actually helped w inflammation. Quality appears to be solid. Haven't had long enough to validate longevity.

As an avid runner I'm always looking for items to help with recovery. I suffered a stress fracture in my fibia and purchased this to help with the healing. I used it pretty much daily from August through December. I only stopped because the cord stopped working properly. It seems to have a short in it as it will work fine in a certain position but that position changes and is very finicky. I never used it with a battery pack so can't speak to it's portability. When it worked it would heat up slightly which was nice to help with recovery. I did reach out to the seller about the issue to see if I could obtain a new cord, but have not heard back.

This works very well for aches and pains. I use it almost every day, even when my back is just tired I put it on for a cycle and it usually makes it feel much better. I like mine so well and I ordered one for my brother.

Had to buy again after 6 months because the 850nm lights stopped working. I used it daily for 25 minutes. Maybe I treated it to cavalierly and should be more careful how I store it. Since it obviously works, it’s worth a second chance before abandoning it for a different manufacturer. BTW, I discovered if you use it too often, its effectiveness is reduced. Once a day is sufficient. My knee was painful all the time and preventing my playing pickleball. The shots from the doctor were not helping the pain any more. Using this twice a day, after a week I was playing with no knee brace. Now, months later, I can play 3 hours of pickleball and have zero pain. I have no idea how or why it works but I am a believer.

The cable that had to connect the pad didn’t work. I ordered the same item twice hoping that only one or them had issues, but none of them worked. One of them didn’t work at all and the other one, I had to keep twisting the cable and hold it in a specific angle for it to stay on.
