Arrived today. Box was in tact. But their packaging was not adequate to allow it to arrive safely. Box is light cardboard and only taped. No foam padding used inside. The bottom edge of the lift point was bent up on one side and the weld was fractured. So o repackaged it best I could and am sending it back. It looks like a great unit. But if they cannot get it to me unbroken then what good is it. I may try to contact them and explain problem then reorder. Update. I contacted the manufacturer. They said Amazon boxes the items to go out to customers, it them. So that’s why it arrived broken. Amazon didn’t pack it right. They said they have heard this problem from others purchasing from Amazon. I looked it up on Home Depot. $56 cheaper and I used ship to store. It arrived to the store in perfect shape. Hopefully I just got unlucky with whoever packaged mine. Other reviews are high. I raised my review to 5 stars because the product is excellent. Wide wheels. Strong. Well designed to be used for the intended purpose.

Nice hand truck. Straps could be a littler heavier duty

Is this the cheapest product you can buy? No. Buy you get what you pay for! A quality product. No issues. Used this hand truck to haul an 800# safe down a flight of stairs with 5 men. Solid. Straps work great. Easy to roll up. Would buy again. Of note, I had damage to my truck when it arrived due to improper care during shipping. Seller immediately shipped a replacement, no questions asked. They are stand-up company who will back their product. You will not be disappointed with neither the seller nor the product. Buy with confidence!

New unit arrived timely fashion but was damaged. One of the wheels was cracked and miss8ng chunks on the inner bearing area, making tool useless. Reached out to support for how to address warranty, and receive prompt reply! After sending some pictures of the goods, the worked with me to address the problem! Wonderful communication and service !! I expect to receive a new replacement assembly in a few days....will update then. Olympia tools is a company to work with!

Works great when something is on the dolly, but dolly tends to fall over if it is not on even ground. The straps work great to hold load on dolly.

I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled here. The sewing on the straps is pretty pitiful. They should take the time to sew criss-cross, with multiple rows and with an overlap of at least one inch. It isn’t rocket science, and there is no need to skimp on proper sewing and strong thread. One of my straps sewing just completely ripped on the second use when tightening via the rotating armature. Sew them like a seatbelt, then they’d be good. I’ll have to invest in some ratchet straps to replace these. The cart itself is first-rate and sturdy otherwise.

A vey robust hand truck.

First it took a week to arrive with multiple days of missing updates on the tracking history. Then the locking pin and washer that sits outside of the axle for the wheel was missing, not in the box or anything. The wheel literally fell off out of the box. No worries, I was able to fix it by using a oil drain plug crush washer I had laying around and bent a key ring through where the locking pin would have been to hold it in place. A shaky setup but it would last through the move I need it for. Then I wrapped the straps around it for storage until it was time to start moving... And then the lower strap snapped at the stitching... Either the gym is REALLY paying off or this thing cant hold anywhere near its 800lb rating. I could sew it back together but nope, two fixes for a brand new item exceeds my limit, time to return it. I was going to give it 2 stars since the frame seems pretty solid but then I thought about the perfectly good key ring I wasted on this thing. Get the Franklin brand from Harbor Freight, it's the exact same dolly for half the price and you get to skip the week of shipping.
