Simple, easy and effective
Simple and easy to use. I bought it to strengthen my arm and shoulder after breast surgery. I don’t need the hand protective piece, but it was the only one I could find that shipped to Isle of Man. Unfortunately, we encounter this problem often with suppliers, although it costs no more to ship here than mainland UK.

I purchased the Lifeline Shoulder Pulley Deluxe for at-home physical therapy, and it has been extremely effective. The pulley system operates smoothly and quietly, allowing controlled and comfortable shoulder movement during exercises. The over-the-door setup is sturdy and secure, and installation takes only a few seconds with no tools required. The handles are comfortable to grip, and the rope length is well suited for a wide range of exercises and motion levels. This is a simple but highly effective piece of physical therapy equipment, especially for improving shoulder mobility, flexibility, and recovery after injury. It feels durable, well made, and suitable for daily use. Excellent value for home rehab and highly recommended for anyone following a physical therapy program.

Very happy with this purchase! Can't get better for the price! My PT suggested I purchase a shoulder pulley for home to work on range of motion and stretch my arm and shoulder after a segmental forearm fracture. This works great! Super simple, quality product!

I have a L frozen shoulder so one of the PT exercises required a shoulder pulley setup to help increase my range of motion. Lifeline got pretty good reviews but I was a little bit overwhelmed that they had 4 different options and it wasn't really clear what each option included.... Since my doors are really tall, I wanted and needed the metal hanger that you put over the door (so that I didn't have to climb up on a chair/step stool to hang a door anchor each time). If you want the metal door hanger, you should choose the "DELUXE" option. (Pro-Tip: depending on the thickness of your door, the door hanger might rattle or scratch your frame or make it hard to close your door; I used bubble wrap to pad both sides of the door hanger so that it would stay in place and also not scratch my frame.) So I bought both the "Multi-Use Shoulder Pulley Deluxe" and the "Econo Shoulder Pulley Deluxe." Econo vs Multi-Use just refers to the the type of handle you use use to grab on. See attached pics to see what comes in each box (metal door hanger, smooth action pulley, cord with handles that have patented grip-all ball. Everything is basically the same except for the handles. Both were fine, I was like the overall feel of the Multi-Use Deluxe over the Econo Deluxe, but didn't think it needed to pay an extra $5 for it, so I stuck with the cheaper Econo Deluxe since I figured I only needed this for my period of PT and didn't think the Multi-Use Deluxe functionally did that much more despite the box saying it would "increase muscle tone + strength". Please note that both models have only one "assistive soft hand grip" (the extra black squishy foam piece over the yellow tubing) -- I know several reviewers seemed to assume that both handles would have the grip. I actually found that "assistive soft hand grip" annoying since it made me feel "unbalanced" and removed it. Overall, it's pretty affordable (my PT place was going to charge me $20 for their version, which had a strap door anchor instead of the metal door hanger). I prefer the metal door hanger version. These pulleys do their job and don't cost that much. Highly recommended.
