Great pocket Refractometer
Digital Refractometer is very accurate. Easy to use buttons, has a display light and fits well in your hand.

easy to calibrate, no guesswork. used it on my reef tank.
worked as expected on me reef tank. Below is the hard to find info for brix to SG for reef tank salt water, not other liquids.ppt, brix, specific gravity31 ppt = 3.9 = 1.0233 Sg 32 ppt = 4.1 = 1.0241 Sg33 ppt = 4.2 = 1.0249 Sg34 ppt = 4.3 = 1.0256 Sg35 ppt = 4.4 = 1.0264 Sg36 ppt = 4.5 = 1.0271 Sg37 ppt = 4.7 = 1.0279 Sg

Poor quality build
Beware!!!! One drop and done! 3rd one and same issue! Every time you press start only works 1 out of 10 times! Loose interior parts loose connections bad design for so much money!

little disappointed this is the second one I bought on here and the back ground light doesn't light up you can still see the read out , I think next time I will buy it direct from the manufacture , More money but life time guarantee,

Works great and is very compact and easy to carry
We were having trouble reading our machine tool coolant on the standard refractometers. It was the same color as the background and difficult to see. This solved the problem. It is very accurate. Make sure that you keep the lens spotless as even a small smear will skew the reading. Works great and is very compact and easy to carry.
