Games Workshop - Warhammer 40,000: Introductory Set

If you’re looking at getting into this hobby then making this a first purchase is a good place to start. It comes with enough models to build, paint and play at a basic level. The models don’t require glue as they are push fit and basic paints that you can mix up for shading and highlights should you choose to expand your painting skills. The kit comes with a book that guides you through the building, basic painting and how to play using those models. For me, this gave me what I wanted and I’m happy to say I’ve continued into building an army of a different faction.

My son was very pleased with this and it’s got him away from online gaming which is a win win.

Definitely recommend for beginners, great startup a kit with basic and easy to follow rules! Can’t wait to begin to build these armies up and start building the orks again with my son! To WAAAAAAAARGH!!!

Almost finished painting all of them now theyr wonderfully printed and made only thing I could have asked for was more paints. Great product.

The set has everything you need including the tools, a basic Matt to play on etc. it does not come with primer however, you don’t NEED to use primer but if you are going to be playing with them a lot then you should invest in some. The handbook that comes with it runs you through how to build/ paint the miniatures as well as a few handy tricks for when you paint. However if you are buying them just to paint then you should research more on painting the figures.

Quite a nice set, everything is provided for a beginner. The one thing that I detest is the assembly ofthefiquies. Using the cclippers provided it is still a difficult task to cut and plug these fiquires together. Especially if you have a shaky hand like me. If Dungeon and Dragons can provide their fiquies already assembled then why can’t Warhammer do it for their fans. It’s probably a lot cheaper to make them this way. I appreciate that many like the idea of painting the fiquires but clipping them together ?

My partner and I recently tried out the Games Workshop - Warhammer 40,000: Introductory Set and we were both impressed! The set comes with everything you need to get started and see if you like it, including paint, which was a huge plus for us. The instructions were easy to follow and we had a great time painting the figures. Overall, we highly recommend this set to anyone looking to get into Warhammer 40,000.

Muy buena forma de iniciar me heche un tyranido por desesperado despues me servira para pintar un cadaver de decoracion por lo demas bastante completo apra iniciar en el hobby no tiene suficientes pinturas pero considerando que es una introduccion esta bien tiene un manual que parece una revista de muy buena calidad ademas del tablero dados y regla de las mejores formas de comenzar en el hobby

The kit itself was basically everything you need to get started comes with paints cutter and a brush and no need for glue but I would recommend it. However it came in box without any protection whatsoever and guess the shipping company was rough with it the box came dented and the gold paint spilled the white was cracked open and a lot of it dried up and was a mess to use luckily I was able to buy some acrylic paint and replace them but I suspect it is far from the quality of the citadel paints

..welches alles enthält, was man für den Anfang benötigt. Insbesondere die Farben zum bemalen der Figuren sind sehr schön. Mein Mann hat sich sehr gefreut!

was completely new to warhammer so I bought this , was a perfect set wish it included more paints so you can actually paint the figures properly but for the price I understand, regardless was an excellent introduction to warhammer
