These insoles feel soft and supportive, especially in the heel, and I liked that I didn’t need to cut them to fit into my shoes. However, for people with wide feet like mine, they’re not a great option. My big toe ends up pressing on the ridge and hole area, which makes them uncomfortable and not smooth to walk on. I think they’re best suited for people with regular-width feet. They’re affordable, but if you need to trim insoles to fit wider shoes, this design doesn’t allow much flexibility. Overall, 3 out of 5 stars.

I'm on my feet all day on cold concrete in the winter, my feet hurt ALOT, and I have tried multiple inserts from big name brands, they help a bit if that, and honestly wear out quite fast and I have to buy it again. My feet pain got to the point where I was hobbling and I was already planning to see a foot specialist, since it was becoming unbearable. I came across these and saw the overwhelming positive reviews, so I figured "why not" I did not have high expectations but hey let's give it a shot. The moment I put them in my shoes and walked it was an instant relief! But I wanted to try it for a good couple weeks. It's been a month, and my feet pain slowly started disappearing! Offcourse I still have some feet pain from being on cold concrete all the time, but it's very bearable now, I would say 95% of the pain is gone. I have been recommending these inserts to every friend that I know that's on his/her feet all day long! I'm extremely extremely happy with these, and my feet feel great now! Thank you Valsole!

One comment on this is that there is no chart or guide to cut these down to the correct size. Don't remember seeing on the site stating that these were size 10.5. Had to guess on how much to cut off the ends of each pad to get to the correct size to fit into my shoes. Otherwise these are very well padded for walking on.

I walk an average of 8-10 miles a day at work, 4-6 days a week. When I initially got these they felt like they were digging into my arches and felt rather uncomfortable. However, powering through that phase and using them for a few weeks and giving them a chance they still do feel somewhat uncomfortable but my lower back pain, foot pain, leg/knee pain after a stretch of these shifts has been dramatically and undeniably reduced. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made.

This product works, but you need an inner sole. Suggest Airplus Ultra Work. My plantar fasciitis is slowly going away, but exercises are a must!
