Good things: This unit works amazingly well. It can cool my kitchen and with a 21" tall table fan on my rolling kitchen island, I can push the cold air into the living room. From there, I can use a table fan on the floor and push the cold air into my hallway. And it keeps all those areas cool at about 71 degrees. It has that kind of power. Also, the window kit sliders were long enough for my 59" tall window. Bad things: The hose inlet is too small to stay in the square area on the back of the unit. The hose inlet slides into the square area with only 4 tabs holding it on--2 on each side. The tabs don't hold the hose inlet on and it kept falling off. I had to duct tape it. This is going to be a mess when I take it down in the fall. Another problem is that the directions say that the hose inlet and hose outlet gizmos are already attached to the hose. They were not attached and there are no directions on how to attach them. This was irritating. Also, they enclose some screws to hold the slider pieces in place but the screws are rounded, which causes a gap between the window and the slider pieces. This gap has to be covered somehow but this is easy to fix by replacing the screws with flat-topped screws. I hope the manufacturer will consider fixing the way the hose inlet attaches to the back of the unit. This is its biggest flaw. The others can easily be fixed. Aside from this, this portable A/C is so powerful and works so well that I'll be able to cook and even bake when it is in the 80s outside. Yay!

My old window AC unit gave out so needed something fast especially in the brutal TX heat. This came in handy & honestly kept my room nice & cold. It was pretty simple and easy to set up! Just as the instructions suggest, keep the windows/doors closed to ensure the room stays cool. Downside was it is kinda of loud especially if you put it on high but if you don’t care about noise then this is the one. Love that this is moveable. The remote control comes in handy too! 10/10 AC! Highly recommend if you’re in need of a new AC unit!

This seems like a great A/C so far, keeps my room super cool in these hot summer months. However, it is loud. Even on its lowest setting it is still really loud. If your putting this in a living room or any large space it’s great, but not in a bedroom.

This unit is awsome so far, I didn't use the window kit I put the hose thew the wall, I have 2 units no problem cooling 1400 Sq feet and the valume of the house, day's at 87 degrees F or more. I live in Florida my house has no Addict space flat Roof. These units are great, I have another unit in Bed room we can control all area's of our house, power bill with 24,500 BTU wall unit 290.00 my Bill just got it 171.00 Cool Beans you think ??

Worked well for a year then stopped cooling. Now I just have a loud fan. Should have just got a window unit instead

We bought this unit for a fairly large open area room. The space is about 800-900 square feet with cathedral ceilings. Our hope was this would just take the heat out of the room to the point it was comfortable. To our surprise it actually makes the room cold, even in 90degree heat with many people in the room. It is also very quiet.

Pipes are reverse threaded it’s a little noisy but nothing too crazy. Ran it for a day straight didn’t leak. All in all it cools my loft down alright just make sure you have it vented out properly.
