This is the best plumper I have purchased. It tingles quite a bit at first but not too bad. It is a tingle that you get used to quickly. It works really well at plumping and keeping my lips moist, shiny, and soft. It doesn’t feel sticky or thick like other plumping glosses can feel. I use it a few times a day and it has lasted a long time. I bought the Cotton Candy Kisses shade and it gives a slight pink tint to my lips. It’s a great value!
