A complete, easy-to-handle, and good-looking workout journal that challenges me to improve with subtle prompts that will build my workout throughout the year. The Journal is well organized, it has plenty of writing space, which is nice when I am done working out, and endorphins make it hard to write. It’s the right size when I want to carry it. I am glad that I bought this workout journal. I wanted a color that was comforting, not black. I bought the light green, and it is perfect for my needs.

Todo perfecto y bonito, solo puedo sugerir una mejora, en las hojas los renglones vienen uno gris y uno blanco, lo cual esta bien, solo que los renglones grises deberian ser d eun gris mas claro para que se vea mejor lo que se escribe ahi. Ya he tenido varios Fitness Tracker y vienen con el renglon gris muy claro y se puede ver bien lo que escribo, pero en este el renglon viene gris oscuro lo que complica ver bien lo que escribo.
