Delicious!!! Soft and chewy caramel, apple cinnamon, with mild nut taste. Amazon only sells these in the Fall, so I stock up! It's only 100 calories, so if you want something sweet these will satisfy your sweet tooth without affecting your diet. I love them!

This has become my favourite snack bar. Perfect size, love the taste. Has a decently small ingredients list and not huge numbers for calories.

I've tasted many varieties of kind bars. These are very good. You get caramel, and apple cinnamon, all in a nice chewy bite. The flavors come through. I'd buy this again.
