Larger than I thought

These are just the cutest and so perfect to make cakes and breads in. I'm considering starting a micro bakery and used these in a recent community event. They all sold out!!!! I will definitely be using these regularly. The size/capacity is perfect for an individual to enjoy a baked good and not have to purchase and entire cake or loaf of bread. I got great feedback from selling my baked goods. They are elegant yet down to earth packaging.

Great quality

I bought these to make cakes for a celebration at work. These are absolutely lovely! I made red velvet cakes with cream cheese frosting. The were easy to use and did well in the oven with no issues. Everyone loved the look and taste of them and thought they made the perfect gift. To have 40 of them WITH lids AND utensils is a great value! Not to mention, the little sporks were so cute! When baking, I had my oven set to 350 and filled each container about a quarter of the way and they were perfect! I baked, decorated and had them ready to go the night before and they held up perfectly in the fridge over night. I sprayed some of them with cooking spray and left the other bare and it didn't make much of a difference each cake tased great and came out with ease. *Note: I used a cookie sheet to put them on so I didn't risk it by just sitting them individually in the oven rack which also helped them cook evenly and at the same time. - I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the lids were relatively easy to separate and put on some of them were a little bent and would not go on no matter how hard I tried.

We use these mini cake pans on our Food Truck when selling desserts individually. Such as brownies, bread pudding & apple crisp. They work perfectly & hold up well. We have baked little individual cakes in them too. Great buy & so versatile!
